Chicago police said that the victims of the shooting included a 3-year-old child who was shot and killed in a "road rage" incident on September 30. On the morning of October 1, a 30-year-old man was found shot in the head in a house and died on the spot. About an hour and a half later, another 30-year-old man was shot and killed. At about 9:00 that night, a 21-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and still died after being sent to the hospital. On the morning of October 2, a 38 year old man was found dead from multiple gunshots.
