1. The information you provided to us for using "Sina Mailbox"
1.1 Registration and Login
You need to register your account before using "Sina Email". You can register your mobile phone number email and free/VIP email. When you register Sina Email, you need to fill in the account number, password, mobile phone number and other registration information.
When you log in, you need to provide your email address or mobile phone number and password for verification. You can also select scanning code to log in (QR code authorized to log in through "Sina Mailbox") on the login/registration interface of "Sina Mailbox". At this time, we need to access your "camera" permission and read photos/local storage permission.
You can also choose to use a microblog account or Apple ID (iOS version only) to log in to Sina mailbox. When you log in with a Weibo account, we will request Weibo to verify your identity; When you log in with Apple ID, we will request "Apple ID ", and associate the email account on the premise that you confirm and agree. Please note that if your Weibo account or Apple ID has not yet opened Sina Mail, you need to register to open Sina Mail first.
In order to facilitate you to log in and use the products provided by us and related parties, we adopt the unified account system. You can log in, use the email and other products using the Sina email account or the login mobile phone number designated by the unified account. If you modify the account information (including account password, password protection options, mobile phone number, etc.) in any product, such changes will be automatically synchronized to your unified account. You understand and agree that if you implement account cancellation in other products, it may affect your use of email.
When you add a non Sina mailbox account (including but not limited to 163 mailbox, QQ mailbox, 126 mailbox, Gmail mailbox, Outlook mailbox, hotmail mailbox, etc.) to the Sina mailbox client, we will obtain the email address and key information (including associated email account, email password or authorization code information) of the non Sina mailbox provided by you, Then we will use the mail standard protocol (IMAP) to obtain the directory information of the mail folder list of the non Sina mailbox, the mail content of the binding mailbox, attachments, letterhead information and other information generated in the process of sending and receiving mail, which is the basic information that must be collected to provide you with this service, Will be stored encrypted only in your client's local storage. If you refuse to provide such information, please do not add a non Sina email account in the client, but this will not affect your use of our other functions. When you log out of a non Sina mailbox account, the above related information stored on your local client will also be deleted.

1.3 Subscription and renewal of paid services
When you buy When purchasing "F+member and value-added services" or vip email, we need to collect your order information (including order number, email address, order placement time, payment amount, payment channel, purchase package type, purchase IP address) to help you complete the purchase and subsequent purchase record query.
1.4 Express address
When you use the "mailbox points mall" or participate in mailbox activities or issue paper invoices, if you need to send points exchange products, prizes, invoices, etc., you need to fill in your express delivery address information (name, mobile phone number, communication address) in the "personal information" interface or the paper invoice issuance interface of the points mall.
1.5 Feedback
When you use the "Feedback" function, we will collect your problem email, comments, and device information (including mobile phone model, mobile phone system version number, and application version number). With your consent, we will collect the operation behavior log, and collect your contact email when you actively fill in, so that we can give you feedback in a timely manner. You can add pictures to describe your feedback. When you add pictures, we will ask for access to your "camera" or "album". 1.6 Contacts
When you use the contact function, the contact information you added and imported will be stored on the server side. When you choose to import contacts or save contacts to the local address book (iOS client only), we need to read the "address book" in your mobile device. 1.7 Email receiving and sending function
When you use the Sina mailbox sending and receiving function, we will collect the mail content, attachments, and letterhead information you send and receive and store them on our server, because storage is necessary to achieve this function.
1.8 Editing Messages and Attachments
When you use the email editing function, you need to upload your edited email information and attachment information, upload photo/video type attachments (take photos or select from an album), and we will ask for access to your "camera", "microphone" (iOS client) or "photo/storage" permission through a pop-up window. If you do not agree with us to obtain these permissions, you will not be able to add pictures/videos on the email page. When you upload file type attachments, we will ask for access to your "storage" permissions through a pop-up window. If you do not agree to our obtaining these permissions, you will not be able to add "system file" attachments to the email page.
1.9 New email reminder
When you have new mail, we will apply for notification permission in order to receive mail in time. Refusing to provide this permission will only affect the above functions, but will not affect your use of our other functions. If you don't want to receive push, you can turn off the new mail reminder service in "Settings - Account Settings - New Mail Reminder". In order to ensure that you can receive new mail in time, we launched the background app refresh service of Apple system to realize the regular background mail collection function. If you don't want us to perform background refresh, you can go to Apple's "Settings - General - Background App Refresh" module to turn off this function. If you do not log in to your email account, we will not push personalized information to you.
1.10 Functions of transfer station
The transfer station service is a service provided by Sina Mailbox for users to temporarily store files. When you use the mailbox to send and receive files, you can choose to temporarily store the files in the transit station. The contents and names of the attachments you temporarily store in the transit station will be stored in our server. Because storage is necessary for this function, you can delete the files you upload to the transit station at any time. If you refuse us to temporarily store your files, this will make you unable to use the transit station function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions.
1.11 Verifying mobile phones
When you use the SMS reminder function, you need to provide your mobile phone number and verify it. So that when you receive a new email, you can be notified by SMS; When the user does not bind the mobile phone, your mobile phone number needs to be provided and verified before key operations.
1.12 Keyword information
When you use the search service of Sina Mailbox, in order to provide an efficient search service, we may collect your keyword information to provide you with the search record function, which will be stored in your local storage device.
1.13 Screen capture information
When you use the "long screenshot" function of Sina Mail (iOS client) email, we will get all the information under the screen of your email display page to provide the long screenshot function. We will obtain your consent in the form of a pop-up window before obtaining the screenshot information. If you do not agree with the screenshot authorization, you will not be able to use the "long screenshot" function.
1.14 Account management and customer service help
When you use the customer service center to manage your account, you may need to provide us with different information such as the original password, the binding mobile phone number and so on to achieve different account management functions according to the type of service you use (forget the password, modify the password, bind the mobile phone, etc.). If you refuse to provide these information, you will not be able to use the function corresponding to this information, but it will not affect other functions of your mailbox.
When you contact us through customer service channels for help, in order to help you solve problems and improve service quality, we may save your communication/call records with us and relevant content (including account information, inquiry information, other personal information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you left) For complaints or suggestions, we will also use your order information.
1.15 Shearing plate information
When you copy and paste information/links in your mailbox, we need to access your clipboard locally to write your copied content into the clipboard or read the content you choose to paste; When you share pages/attachments/contacts, your clipboard function may be called to realize the above functions; In the above process, we will not send back your personal information written into the clipboard.
1.16 Sharing function
When you use the Sina mailbox Android client to share contacts, in order to enable you to share files with your installed shareable applications, we need to access the list of your installed shareable applications locally.
2. The information we collected automatically because you used "Sina Mailbox"
2.1 Log information. When you use "Sina Mailbox", we will automatically collect your use of our service as a log, including your IP address, browser type, date and time of access to the service. Relevant logs will also be used for internal data analysis, improve product services and user experience, and timely identify and prevent security risks.
2.2 Equipment information.
When you use "Sina Mailbox", we need to obtain your device information (including hardware model, operating system type, operating system version number, android ID, etc.) as the unique identification of the device, which is used to complete security risk control, identify abnormal status, prevent account theft, and ensure the network and operational security of Sina Mailbox service. 5. Account cancellation
If you decide not to use "Sina Mailbox" anymore, you can apply to cancel the current account in the upper right corner of the client "Settings - Account Settings" interface. Please understand that account cancellation is an unrecoverable operation. Please confirm that all your services and data in "Sina Mailbox" have been properly processed before the cancellation operation. After the cancellation is completed, you will not be able to use this account to retrieve any bound content (even if the user registers again with the same mobile phone number).
