How to remit money to the public?

Offline corporate remittance refers to the payment of Alibaba Cloud resource purchase fees you need to pay to Alibaba Cloud through bank remittance and transfer.

• What you need to prepare:

  • Your payment account number;

  • AliCloud's collection account number;

After you have prepared the collection/payment account, you can go to the online banking, mobile banking client, bank ATM, bank counter, etc. corresponding to your payment account to remit/transfer the corresponding funds to Alibaba Cloud's collection account.

• After bank transfer, you need to pay attention ：

  • After the bank transfers to the account, the corresponding funds can be claimed and recharged to your AliCloud balance;

  • If there are outstanding bills under your AliCloud account, the balance received after recharging will automatically settle your outstanding bills in priority;

  • If you have an order to be paid, you need to go to the order management to select the corresponding order after you claim the recharge to the balance, and pay again with the recharged balance.

How to remit money for overseas customers

You need to prepare a contract or agreement stamped with the official seal first, and then remit money to Alibaba Cloud's overseas remittance collection account through the bank's online banking or counter. The specific remittance materials are subject to the requirements of the local bank.

How to query AliCloud's collection account

When you make a remittance, it is strongly recommended that you make the remittance through a special bank account. Remittance is made through a special account. After the bank receives the payment, the corresponding remittance fund system will automatically claim it to your AliCloud balance. If you are a customer in Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan, China, or other overseas customers who remit money to China, you cannot remit money through the exclusive account and automatically claim the account. You still need to claim and recharge after the remittance is received; If you do not remit money through the exclusive account, or fill in the wrong exclusive account, the system cannot claim it on its own, and you need to go to Remittance claim The corresponding remittance is claimed on the page. For the exclusive account, you can find it on the "User Center - Recharge" page. Go to query 。 If the exclusive account is not opened, please refer to How to apply for a private account? How to apply for a private account?

If you need to make remittance through corporate transfer, you can make offline corporate remittance. You need to Offline corporate remittance Apply for your Alibaba Cloud China Merchants Bank exclusive account, and then remit the funds to your exclusive account.

1. Log in to AliCloud Fees and Costs and enter "Account - Fund Account"- Recharge remittance ”, Select“ Corporate remittance ”：

2. Click below“ Get a private account ”Button to display your exclusive account:

3. Click“ determine ”, confirm to apply for the exclusive account.

4. You can also click“ Send SMS ”Send the exclusive account to the mobile phone number bound to the account.

5. Remittance to the exclusive account of China Merchants Bank through the bank counter or online banking. After successful remittance, the money will be automatically recharged to your AliCloud account. The time of receipt is generally 1-2 working days for CMB remittance and 3-5 working days for inter-bank remittance (the specific time of receipt is subject to the actual time of receipt of the bank).

How long can offline corporate remittance arrive?

Remittance through exclusive account

• Alibaba Cloud has opened a bank account for each user. You can remit money to the account, and the amount remitted will be automatically recharged to Alibaba Cloud's balance;

• If you do not have a dedicated account, you can enter Recharge - corporate remittance Page.

Remittance through AliCloud bank account

• Remittances made directly to AliCloud bank accounts without using a dedicated account cannot be automatically received at this time. You need to go to Operational Guidelines for Corporate Remittance You can recharge to the account after claiming.

• Please check the remittance flow and submit the claim application here by yourself after the remittance is received, and the system will automatically recharge to your claimed account and account after approval.

Can bank account information be sent to other mobile phones?

The information of the exclusive account for offline corporate remittance can only be sent to the mobile phone that your account is bound to.

How to deal with the non arrival of remittance due to the wrong filling of the exclusive remittance account?

You can log in Expense and Cost - Account - Fund Account - Account Balance to enter Remittance claim Page, enter your remitter, remittance account number, and remittance amount to query the remittance, and handle it according to the claim of the remittance:

• If the remittance is not claimed : You can directly apply on this page to claim your expected recharge account;

• If the remittance has been claimed : Please submit the work order and contact the waiter.

What is the reason for bank payment failure when making bank remittance?

Please check whether the name of the payee and the information of the deposit bank filled in by you are accurate:
