The provincial government has also set up provincial special funds for "white mountains" governance, cultivated land protection and ecological restoration, with a total of 930 million yuan of subsidies distributed to all regions; At the same time, set up a special positive incentive fund for the "Landscape Project", with a scale of 1.9 billion yuan; We formulated 13 incentive measures for social capital to participate in ecological restoration, guided social capital of 600 million yuan to invest in 34 mine ecological restoration projects, and 7.32 billion yuan to invest in 18 pilot comprehensive land improvement projects.

From 2023, we will organize and carry out the three-year action of ecological restoration of historic mines, delimit eight ecological restoration concentration areas, assign 100000 mu of abandoned mines restoration tasks, and compact the governance responsibilities of municipal and county governments. To maintain the safety and stability of the marine ecosystem, the province has implemented 15 marine ecological protection and restoration projects based on Minjiang Estuary, Meizhou Bay, Quanzhou Bay, Xiamen Bay and other important estuaries. At present, an investment of 2.73 billion yuan has been completed to repair 34000 mu of coastal wetlands, 55 kilometers of coastline, and build 3300 mu of protective forests.
