On the 23rd, the new Zhangzhou Library in Zhangzhou High tech Zone officially opened. The building area of the new library is about 22000 square meters, with a total designed collection of more than 1.3 million books. In terms of functional layout, in addition to the regular children's book area, newspaper and magazine area, book borrowing open shelf area, self borrowing area, ancient book reading room, etc., there are also picture book classrooms, cultural innovation area, digital reading area, local literature area, special reading area and visually impaired reading area.
