On Lulei Road in front of the West Square of Fuzhou South Railway Station, the reporter saw that the situation of illegal boarding and alighting of vehicles improved after the guardrail was raised. The main online maps and the navigation of the online car hailing platform do not set the west entrance of South Station as the drop off point. Previously, Fuzhou Transportation Department focused on rectifying illegal behaviors such as boarding and alighting passengers in the no parking area of the station area by strengthening on-site inspection, driver warning and reminding, setting electronic fences and other combinations.

Guide signs can be seen at bus stations, subway stations, and north-south drop off platforms to guide passengers to the entrance. In the waiting hall, in addition to the wind direction sign standing on the ground, there are guidance signs on the wall and ground to facilitate passengers to find the ticket gate.

In February this year, the passenger Mr. Lin took the bullet train to Pingtan at Fuzhou South Railway Station. His friend sent him to Lulei Road to get off. Two exit guide maps shall be posted at the eye-catching positions of the four exits of Fuzhou South Railway Station to ensure that passengers can see the signs from the three perspectives of high school, low school and low school, so as to further solve the problem that passengers are easy to get lost. A new intelligent navigation map is set in the West Square, so that passengers can find their desired location by sliding the screen.

A comprehensive passenger guidance center will be set in the center with the most crowded people.  

Lin Zong told reporters that at present, he has worked with relevant departments to select a site at the South Railway Station, set up a comprehensive passenger guidance center, and "guide" passengers through volunteers and staff.

Recently, the Flying Fish Volunteer Service Center in Jin'an District, Fuzhou City will arrange dozens of volunteers to volunteer at Fuzhou South Railway Station every day. During the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday, nearly one hundred volunteers were also arranged to provide services, mainly at the security checkpoints, ticket gates, exits, elevators and other places, to provide intimate volunteer services such as travel consultation, order maintenance, safety advice, diversion and assistance to key passengers.   

Yu Jianming, the director of the center, said that after the new station building of the South Railway Station was put into use, it became larger and the route was more complex. Many passengers were unfamiliar with the way and asked for directions more often. Volunteers played a guiding role, so that they could take fewer detours and improve travel efficiency.  

The travel environment of Fuzhou South Railway Station has been praised by passengers and netizens after a month long report by Southeast Network. Mr. Zeng, who has traveled to Fuzhou South Railway Station for many times, said that it took nearly 20 minutes to find the train from Quanzhou to Fuzhou South Railway Station before the Spring Festival. At the end of the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday, he went to the South Railway Station again, from Exit 3 to the online car hailing area.
