     image.png

Click the unfreeze icon in the Operation column of the file list view to unfreeze files of archive storage and deep archive storage types.

     image.png

    • Set unfreezing days: 1~7.
    • Click OK
    • After successfully submitting the unfreezing request, the file will switch to the "unfreezing" status.

     image.png

    Modify File Storage Type

The file list displays the file storage type information. Differences between different storage types

     image.png

Click the icon of modifying the storage type in the Operation column of the list view to modify the storage type of the file.

     image.png

    • Files of archive storage and deep archive storage types need to be unfrozen to readable status before type conversion.
    • For low-frequency storage, archive direct read storage, archive storage and deep archive storage types, the minimum object size is 64KB.
    • When converting from low-frequency storage type to other types, if the object has been saved for less than 30 days, it will be charged as 30 days.
    • When converting from the archive direct read storage type to another type, if the object is saved for less than 60 days, it will be charged as 60 days.
    • When converting from an archive storage type to another type, if the object is saved for less than 60 days, it will be charged as 60 days.

    Preview Area

Double click the file name in the list view or double click the file in the matrix view to preview. Currently, it supports the preview of txt and most image files.

     image.png

Note: Archive storage and deep archive storage files must be unfrozen before preview.

     image.png

    Get the outer chain

Click the external link icon in the Operation column of the file list view, or click Get External Link in the file preview interface to easily generate and copy the external link of the file.

     image.png

When the self owned domain name is not used by default, the validity period of the file outer chain must be set. The validity range is 1-604800s, and the default is 600.

     image.png

    • Set the validity period of the external chain
    • The external chain is generated, and the external chain of the [Click Copy] file is copied to the clipboard

The client supports the use of a custom cdn domain name bound to the space or a custom origin domain name to generate the outer chain. When using a custom domain name,

    • The space is public, generating a permanent effective outer chain, without setting the validity period
    • The space is private, and the validity period of the external chain must be set. The maximum validity period is 1 year, and the default is 600s

     image.png

    be careful

When accessing the files stored in the public cloud through the external chain instead of using its own domain name (the origin domain name of the space used) or using a custom origin domain name to generate the external chain, A certain amount of outbound traffic will be generated Traffic billing may occur
Use the space's cdn domain name to generate the outer chain. When accessing files stored in the public cloud through the outer chain, Generates CDN back to source traffic
Archive storage and deep archive storage files can directly obtain the outer chain, but the files need to be unfrozen before accessing.

Export the outer chain in batch

Check multiple files in the file list view and click "Export External Link" in the batch operation area to save the external link of multiple files to local as a csv file at one time.
When the directory is checked, the outer chain of all files under the directory will be exported, while the directory itself will not be exported.

     image.png

The client supports the use of a custom cdn domain name bound to the space or a custom origin domain name to generate the outer chain:

    • When the self owned domain name is not used, the validity period must be set for the outer chain of the file. The validity range is 1-604800s, and the default is 600s
    • When using a custom domain name, the space is open, and there is no need to set the validity period of the external chain; If the space is private, the validity period must be set. The longest validity period is 1 year. The default is 600s

     image.png

    • Set the validity period of the external chain
    • Click Generate and Export
    • The client will pop up the local directory selection box, and select the path to save the external link file
    • After confirmation, the client will save all external links of files to the selected path in csv format. Example of naming a csv file: kodo browser download links-20200317110450.csv
      • It is recommended to open the csv file with a text editing tool
      • When the file name has Chinese characters, you need to select the encoding method to open the csv file using Excel: Open a new blank sheet -->Data -->From text -->Select the downloaded csv file, click Get Data -->Select the original file format or code as Unicode (UTF-8) -->Set the data separation, click Finish, and the imported Chinese characters will be displayed normally

    Manage external paths

The space or directory granted permission through the Bucket Policy needs to be added as an "external path" before it can be used and managed in the client.

    Enable external path function

Click [Set] to enter the setting page

    • External Path: if checked, the external path function is enabled; When unchecked, the client will not display the External Path menu. The external path function is not enabled by default.

     image.png

    Manage external paths

After the external path function is enabled, the "External Path" menu will appear on the interface

     image.png

Click "Add External Path" to open the pop-up window

     image.png

    • Enter external path name: it can be an authorized space or directory, and needs to be provided by the authorizer.
    • Select area of external path
    • Click OK to finish adding

Add a good external path. As long as you have the corresponding permissions, the supported operations are consistent with the space you created.

Select an external path that has been added, and click "More" and "Delete" to remove the external path.

     image.png

    • This operation is removed as the configuration of the client, and does not really delete the corresponding space or directory. The client does not support the deletion of spaces or directories granted permissions through Bucket Policy.

    Other operations
