Sesame credit trademark

All parties to the lawsuit are independent contractors. For any purpose, neither party shall be deemed as the employee, agency, partner or legal representative of the other party, nor shall it have any right or authorization to increase its obligations or responsibilities on behalf of the other party. If Zhima Credit waives the responsibility for any violation of this intellectual property statement, it does not represent or be deemed as waiving the terms of this intellectual property statement itself. If any provision of this intellectual property declaration is ruled as a violation of law by a court with sufficient jurisdiction, the corresponding provision will be changed, and its interpretation will achieve the goal of the original provision as far as possible (to the maximum extent permitted by law), while the remaining provisions of this intellectual property declaration will remain in full force and effect.
