      Service provider management system
      In order to regulate the behavior of service providers in promoting sesame credit services and clarify the rights and responsibilities of sesame credit management limited company and service providers, this system is hereby formulated for compliance and implementation by all parties.
      1、 Definition
      1.1 Sesame Credit: refers to the website and related pages owned and independently operated by Sesame Credit Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sesame Credit"). Sesame Credit provides service providers with relevant services and technical support for using Sesame Credit, and supervises and manages service providers.
      1.3 Sesame credit service: refers to the applications and services provided by service providers to merchants in Sesame credit.
      1.4 Merchants: In this system, it refers to merchants who have been recommended by service providers to use sesame credit services and signed agreements with sesame credit.
      1.5 Service provider refers to the company that has signed a contract with Zhima Credit and its cooperation mode meets one or more of the following situations (hereinafter referred to as "service provider"):
      (1) Accept the commission of merchants, build and maintain relevant software and information systems for merchants, and help merchants access sesame credit related services;
      (2) Agent account applies for opening sesame credit related services, and generates and transmits transaction order information;
      (3) Expanding merchants in various business scenarios for Sesame Credit, assisting merchants in signing contracts with Sesame Credit, and/or providing operational services for merchants;
      (4) And other services for Zhima Credit agreed in the Zhima Credit Agreement.
      1.6 "False merchants/stores" refer to merchants in any of the following situations:
      (1) The merchant/store does not exist, or the store actually exists but opens an online store without the merchant's authorization, or uses a false license to register as a merchant;
      (2) The service provider applies for and uses sesame credit services in the name of the merchant without the merchant's consent;
      (3) The merchant does not meet the sesame credit requirements, and the service provider tampers with or conceals the merchant information to make the merchant access sesame credit services.
      1.7 Duplicate merchants refer to the duplication of some information of two or more merchants, including one or more of the information such as merchant name, merchant address and actual location.
      1.8 Invalid merchants refer to the merchants that do not generate real and effective transactions within a certain period of time after cooperating with Sesame Credit.
      1.9 False transaction refers to any of the following circumstances:
      (1) Transactions without real business purpose conducted by the service provider/merchant and its associated personnel (including but not limited to friends, classmates, family members, internal personnel of the same company, etc.);
      (2) The service provider/merchant registers or manipulates other accounts and conducts transactions with the merchant;
      (3) The service provider/merchant uses the tools, services or conveniences provided by a third party to conduct untrue transactions;
      (4) Other abnormal trading means (including but not limited to low price trading);
      1.10 Sensitive information: refers to information that will have adverse effects on users once it is disclosed or modified.
      2、 Basic requirements for service providers
      Unless otherwise specified in the specification, the service provider shall meet the following conditions:
      (1) The business license and other main qualification certificates are complete, and the business reputation is good;
      (2) It has a certain business scale, sound financial system and stable financial situation;
      (3) It has good business credit and has not been included in the list of abnormal operation, prohibited development or prudent development by the regulatory authority or industry self regulatory organization;
      (4) If the service provider needs to provide the system, it should have a safe and stable software and hardware system to ensure that the merchant can use the sesame credit service safely, smoothly and stably;
      (5) Signed relevant agreements with merchants on receiving sesame credit services.
      3、 Service provider's business scope and management responsibilities
      3.1 The service provider's business scope shall not exceed the following:

      technical service Under the premise of complying with the Service Provider Management System and not damaging the interests of sesame credit and merchants, the service provider applies for the opening of sesame credit services for merchants and provides technical services for merchants to access sesame credit services. 1.1 Provide technical services for merchants to access sesame credit;
      1.2 Install machines and tools (if any) designated by Sesame Credit for merchants, debug software and hardware systems, and inform merchants of the method of using Sesame Credit;
      1.3 Collect and upload the merchant's license data;
      1.4 Other services with the prior written consent of Zhima Credit.
      Promotion/operation support services Under the premise of complying with the Service Provider Management System and not damaging the interests of sesame credit and merchants, the service provider can promote sesame credit related services to merchants, and can accept merchants' entrustment to provide operation services by contract. 2.1 Provide image design and packaging services for merchants, such as photo shooting and graphic design of the store environment;
      2.2 Activity planning and implementation;
      2.3 Provide offline promotion for merchants;
      2.4 Provide data analysis for merchants;
      2.5 Provide brand marketing support for merchants;
      2.6 Provide support for merchants to open online stores;
      2.7 Provide product and service training for merchants;
      2.7 Pave materials designated by sesame credit according to sesame credit requirements in merchant stores;
      2.8 Other services with the prior written consent of Zhima Credit.
      3.2 Management responsibilities of service providers:
      (1) Strictly implement the admittance standard of sesame credit to merchants, manage the business behavior of merchants, and ensure the quality of cooperative merchants;
      (2) The service provider shall carry out corresponding training and return visit to merchants, establish and maintain communication channels with merchants, promote relevant requirements, systems and specifications of sesame credit for merchants, and keep training and return visit records.
      (3) After being authorized by the user, the service provider shall encrypt the sensitive information obtained, and the information displayed on its website or wireless terminal shall be in accordance with Third Party Application Security Development Guide Display information; The service provider shall cooperate with the third party entrusted by Sesame Credit to conduct security assessment on the service provider and merchants;
      (4) The service provider must ensure that the user's query authorization is completed according to the product authorization requirements, and the scope of authorized use is specified. If the user requests, the service provider shall delete all data received about the user; It is obligated to ensure the security of data during storage, use or transmission. The service provider shall ensure that it has been entrusted by the merchant to obtain legal and effective authorization from the user before inquiring about the sesame credit or/and feeding back the user information, and the authorization content shall include the relevant elements agreed in the sesame credit service contract.
      (5) The service provider shall cooperate with sesame credit and sesame credit to accept the investigation of regulatory agencies, industry self-discipline organizations, public security organs, laws and other relevant departments, assist in investigating the illegal acts of merchants, urge merchants to rectify and timely notify sesame credit.
      4、 Violation and classification of service providers
      Class I violations
      If any of the following circumstances occurs to the service provider, it will be counted as a category I violation.
      4.1 Violation of national laws and regulations.
      4.2 Violation of regulatory documents formulated by regulatory authorities or industry associations.
      4.3 Damage the credit brand and image of sesame.
      4.4 Unfair profiteering.
      4.5 Without the authorization of Sesame Credit, the service provider subcontracts the services agreed in the master agreement to a third party or abuses or sells the technical interface of Sesame Credit. Or the service provider violates the relevant provisions on merchant interface configuration in the Sesame Credit Service Contract.
      4.6 Stealing resources and information, including but not limited to stealing account numbers, or misappropriating or transferring merchant funds without the merchant's consent, and modifying other people's account related information.
      4.7 Disclose and resell user information in disguised form.
      4.8 Violation of confidentiality obligations, including but not limited to disclosure of sesame credit merchant or user or other service provider information or any non-public information.
      4.9 The expanded merchants failed to obtain the legal and effective authorization of the user for querying the user information.
      4.10 Failure to fulfill the obligations related to information feedback and objection handling in accordance with the Sesame Credit Service Contract, including but not limited to the failure to coordinate the merchants to carry out co inspection on user objections, and the failure to coordinate the implementation of feedback information initiated by Sesame Credit and the objection being properly and timely handled.
      4.11 Category II violations have a significant adverse impact on sesame credit or merchants (including but not limited to damage goodwill and actual asset loss).
      4.12 Other cases that infringe the rights and interests of users, Sesame Credit, merchants and other third parties, and Sesame Credit believes that they need to be included in Class I violations.
      Category II violations
      Any of the following behaviors of the service provider shall be counted as category II violations.
      4.13 Counterfeiting sesame credit products, or using trademarks, logos and slogans of sesame credit products without authorization, or carrying out activities in the name of sesame credit.
      4.14 Defamating or maliciously tampering with the brand and image of sesame credit products; Slander sesame credit and its staff.
      4.15 Improper publicity, or exaggerated, false, committed and absolute description in the publicity information.
      4.16 Improper use of others' rights, including but not limited to improper use of others' trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, patent rights and other rights.
      4.17 Fraudulent practices, including but not limited to forging, tampering, fraudulently using relevant materials and information (such as relevant certificates, business licenses, website transaction records, etc.) or recommending false/invalid/duplicate merchants, borrowing third-party licenses or providing false licenses to sesame credit merchants to sign contracts.
      4.18 Disturbance of the market and improper operation, including but not limited to malicious guidance of merchants to change payment methods; Maliciously lower the rate or disparage other service providers; The employees of the service provider engage in acts that undermine the daily operation of merchants or sesame credit; The act of forcing merchants to accept the purchase of products outside the agreed service scope of the platform, or to sign up for other businesses; Do not access merchants according to the category and rate specified by Sesame Credit.
      4.19 The act of spamming information, including but not limited to publishing information or pushing content with a large number of invalid and repeated content, and using sesame credit to publish third-party advertising, publicity and other content.
      4.20 Use sesame credit publicity, engage in or assist merchants in cashing out or defrauding sesame credit marketing resources or marketing expenses, including but not limited to leading, abetting, acquiescence, assisting merchants in cashing out or advertising cashing out, obtaining marketing resources, raising prices in disguised form, implementing false transactions and other cheating behaviors (cheating, including but not limited to cashing out, swiping orders, splitting orders, etc.).
      4.21 Improper management, including but not limited to a certain number of illegal merchants (judged by Zhima Credit) provided services by service providers.
      4.22 Requests for resource information include but are not limited to requests for merchant accounts and passwords.
      4.24 Abuse, intimidation, threats and malicious harassment of merchants.
      4.25 Other cases that infringe the rights and interests of third parties such as Sesame Credit and merchants and Sesame Credit deems it necessary to include them in Category II violations.
      4.26 The three types of violations have a significant adverse impact on sesame credit or merchants (including but not limited to damage goodwill and actual asset loss).
      Class III violations
      Any of the following behaviors of the service provider shall be counted as three types of violations:
      4.27 Lack of service (including but not limited to disrespect for merchants, exaggerating or guaranteeing service effect beyond the scope of promotional materials, answering merchants' questions vaguely, causing misunderstanding of merchants, or failing to confirm information with merchants, resulting in loss of interests of merchants).
      4.28 The service provider fails to return true and complete commodity transaction or service information according to sesame credit requirements.
      4.29 Illegal use of account, including but not limited to the service provider's use of its account in Sesame Credit to a third party.
      4.30 Other situations that infringe the rights and interests of third parties such as Zhima Credit and merchants and Zhima Credit deems it necessary to include in the three categories of violations.
      4.31 If there are unsafe factors (including disclosure of confidential information or loopholes in the website, Trojan virus or other malicious code implanted, etc.) in the cooperation process of the service provider that may affect sesame credit or user interests, the service provider is required to immediately eliminate the unsafe factors. If the service provider still does not eliminate the unsafe factors after receiving the sesame credit notice.
      4.32 Other acts in violation of the Sesame Credit Service Contract.
      5、 Identification and process of violation level
      5.1 In case of complaints from merchants or users (dissatisfaction and complaints from merchants or users are deemed as complaints), violations of the service provider, or violations of the service provider found in sesame credit inspection, are applicable to the provisions of this system for violation penalties. At the same time, if the service provider causes complaints from merchants or users, sesame credit has the right to require the service provider to solve the problem in a timely manner within a certain period of time.
      5.2 Zhima Credit has the right to independently judge the violations of the service provider and take relevant restrictive measures against the service provider according to the provisions of Article 6 "Methods of handling violations" of this system. After Sesame Credit takes restrictive measures, it will notify the service provider by email and other means. If the service provider has any objection, it can provide a written reply and provide corresponding proof within the period of Sesame Credit request; If the certificate provided by Sesame Credit Judgment Service Provider is valid, Sesame Credit shall cancel the corresponding restrictive measures as soon as possible.
      6、 Violation handling method
      6.1 If the service provider is identified as a "Class I violation", it will be deemed that the service provider has fundamentally violated the relevant agreement signed with Sesame Credit. Sesame Credit has the right to immediately unilaterally terminate all agreements signed by both parties in advance, and Sesame Credit has the right not to pay any unsettled fees to the service provider, nor bear any liability for compensation. The relevant agreement will be terminated after the sesame credit notification email is sent to the service provider's mailbox, and sesame credit will not carry out any cooperation with the service provider.
      6.2 If the service provider is identified as "Class II violation" or "Class III violation", Sesame Credit and Sesame Credit Interface Provider has the right to cancel or adjust part of the service provider's business resources or authority, including but not limited to extending the settlement cycle, stopping the official operation activity resource input of Sesame Credit, and deducting the rewards or service cooperation fees due in the current month, if the circumstances are serious, Zhima Credit has the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation in advance.
      6.3 If the service provider violates the rules, Sesame Credit has the right to feed back the information of relevant enterprises and legal persons, key management personnel, illegal employees and other enterprises and individuals to relevant departments for inclusion in the credit reporting system, and at the same time, Sesame Credit has the right to publicize the violations of the service provider on Sesame Credit.
      6.4 Zhima Credit has the right to take relevant temporary measures when it deems it necessary and urgent to stop the violation and prevent the expansion of adverse effects after learning that the service provider violates this system and before making a final judgment. These temporary measures include, but are not limited to, the measures listed in Article 6 "Methods for Handling Violations" of the System. If it is finally determined that the service provider has not violated this system after the sesame credit investigation, the temporary measures will be lifted immediately.
      VII   System annex and modification
      7.1 In addition to this system, sesame credit service providers also need to comply with relevant systems such as conference, resource, brand management, etc. (the specific content is subject to the announcement of "sesame credit - rule center - service provider management specifications"). In case of violation of the conference, resource and brand management system, sesame credit can be managed according to the corresponding management system.
      7.2 Zhima Credit has the right to unilaterally change the content of this system at any time and publish it by means of announcement in "Zhima Credit - Rules Center - Announcement Area" without separately notifying the service provider; If the service provider continues to cooperate with the sesame credit interface provider after the announcement of changes to the contents of this agreement takes effect, it is deemed that the service provider agrees to the change system.

      7.5 If the display location of this system changes, Sesame Credit will notify the service provider in advance by means of "Sesame Credit - Rule Center - Notice Area" (URL address is the same as above).
      7.6 This system shall be an annex to the agreement signed between the service provider and Sesame Credit and other agreements related to the promotion of Sesame Credit Services.
