Jinpeng PE water supply pipe is connected with hot-melt connection and electrofusion connection. Hot melt connection is divided into hot melt socket connection and hot melt butt connection, and electric melt connection is divided into electric melt socket connection and electric melt saddle connection. During installation, since the electric fusion connection of small diameter (≤ DN63) and the hot fusion or electric fusion method of large diameter (≥ DN75) are followed, the construction shall be carried out according to the specifications during hot fusion to avoid excessive welding at the joints leading to necking towards the inner diameter, resulting in increased resistance or even blockage of the pipe network. According to GB/T 13663-2000, Jinpeng PE water supply pipe is made of three grades of raw materials: PE63, PE80 and PE100. It is divided into five series according to the standard size ratio SDR=dn (nominal outer diameter)/en (nominal wall thickness), SDR33, SDR21, SDR17, SDR13 and SDR11.
