What makes me free to transfer?
HostGator provides free transfer of new accounts Signed within 30 days , and create a new account. The upgraded account must be a cross server upgrade to qualify. Please note that the downgraded account does not qualify for free transfer.

one Although we can do unlimited cPanel to cPanel transfers for you, depending on your account, you will have a limit on the number of manual transfers.
two The complete cPanel transfer will include all domain names, additional domains, subdomains and cPanel settings. This will also include your email and email accounts. Please note that this also requires that the cPanel backup mechanism of your old host is active.
For example, an aluminum dealer account includes 30 free transfer accounts. In addition to the 30, you can have 20 cPanels to cPanel and 10 manual transfer accounts, or any combination of 30 or fewer websites in total. Another example: a dedicated server, including unlimited cPanel to cPanel transfers, which means you can have 150 (or more) transfers. Because there is an unlimited total number of transfers, you can perform up to 100 manual transfers.
