Cai Weiwei resigned as a director and member of the Strategy Committee of Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Chuantou Energy").
On April 27, Sichuan Investment Energy announced that, On April 25, the Board of Directors of the Company received Mr. Cai Weiwei's resignation report. Mr. Cai Weiwei resigned as a director of the 11th Board of Directors and a member of the Strategy Committee of the Company for work reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Cai Weiwei's resignation report came into effect when it was delivered to the Board of Directors.
According to the official website, Sichuan Investment Energy was founded in 1988 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1993. It is one of the first listed companies in the western region after the birth of China's securities capital market.
Sichuan Investment Energy mainly relies on the development, construction and operation of hydropower resources in Yalong River, Dadu River and Tianwan River basins with unique resource advantages, as well as in Qingyi River, Tianquan River and Niger River basins. At present, there are 19 investment enterprises, including 7 wholly-owned and holding enterprises.
