Today, I went out to look for food at noon and found that a tomato and egg meal downstairs cost 14 yuan, so I was scared back home... Orz
Because the nest is too poor (meaning that you can't afford an electric rice cooker), you try to use the microwave oven to steam rice. After a simple online search did not get ideal results, he decided to record the process here.
According to past experience, heating food in microwave oven will cause food moisture loss and drying, so try to buckle a plate on the bowl to keep moisture.
Add water according to the experience of steaming rice. After 8 minutes of high microwave heat, I smelled the rice fragrance, took it out and ate it, and found it was raw
I found that there was no water, so I adjusted the medium high fire for 4 minutes after adding water. It was found that there was still less water, but the top layer was ripe, which proved that microwave cooking was feasible.
The rice was cooked but hard and the water was not used up 3 minutes after the water was added. It was assumed that the rice could not absorb water in time due to the heating speed was too fast, so we should try to reduce the fire power and increase the duration.
After slightly replenishing water, turn down the fire for 5 minutes. Then the rice... cooked!
Summarize the above process, and design experiment rice and water 1:3 medium low fire for 30 minutes or medium fire for 20 minutes, to be verified later
Ps: I forgot to add salt to scrambled eggs QAQ
