Refusing to provide such information will not affect your normal use of Express 100 mailing function.

  • When you use Express 100 service, in order to ensure your normal use of our service, maintain the normal operation of our service, improve and optimize our service experience to ensure the security of your account, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, landing IP address, Express 100 software version number, access mode, type and status Network quality data, operation logs and other log information are the basic information of mobile phones necessary for providing services.

  • When you use the service of checking express delivery, we will collect the information of express delivery order number you entered in the input order number, which is used to query the actual carrier logistics company of the express delivery to be checked, obtain the logistics status information of the corresponding express delivery, and integrate the query results and display them on your document checking details page in Express 100. We will save your document checking record and notes after the express bill for your inquiry at any time.

  • When you use the service of logistics status of subscription express, we will collect the express bill number and unique equipment identifier you want to subscribe to, and open the push in application to tell you the latest logistics trends. If you refuse to open push, you will not be able to tell you the latest logistics trends in time, but it will not affect the update status of your express bill number.

  • When you use express delivery service or time effective price service, we need to collect your geographical location to match the surrounding couriers who can provide you with express delivery service. Refusing to provide this information will only make you unable to use the online delivery function of Express 100, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of Express 100.

  • When you use the express delivery service, we will store your delivery record in Express 100 for you to check at any time. We will store your last sender and item information, so that you can send it repeatedly and quickly.

  • When you create a new sender or recipient address in the sending service, if you click the "Address Book" flag, we will read and show you the contact name and corresponding phone number in your mobile phone address book to help you quickly enter the sender or recipient name and phone number; If you click the "Location" sign, we will collect your geographical location information to help you fill in the sender or recipient address intelligently. This function is an additional function, and the address book and geographical location information are sensitive information. If you refuse to provide this information, it will only make you unable to use Express 100 to enter the sender or recipient information quickly and intelligently, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Express 100.

  • When you log on to other e-commerce platforms (such as JD, Taobao, Suning, Jumeiyoupin, Netease Yanxuan, etc.) on Express 100, you authorize us to obtain information related to your express delivery, including product name, express bill number, and logistics status information, through your login status on these e-commerce platforms, The query results will be integrated and displayed on your document search page in Express 100. When you log on to other e-commerce platforms on Express 100, we will not recognize or save your login account and password. This function is an additional function. If you do not need this service, you can close this authorization at any time within Express 100, and Express 100 will stop obtaining information from the e-commerce platform you have cancelled the association with.

In addition, according to relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without your authorization and consent in the following cases:

Storage of information

When our products or services stop operating, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize within a reasonable period of time.
