Solution
After the integration of Baidu AI long speech recognition technology, the main interface of Taixi Conference Tablet and the conference butler application add a new "voice transcription" application portal, which users can open at any time during the use of the product. This technology allows creative discussions, temporary speeches, rapid exchanges and other communications to be conducted without handwritten records. Instead, they can be transcribed into text in real time through Baidu AI long speech recognition technology, and then the text content and voice selection can be directly saved to local after the meeting, or "directly taken away" through mobile phone one key scanning.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
Step 1: Open the "Voice Transcription" application icon at the lower left corner of the Taixi conference panel interface;
Step 2: Click the "Microphone" sign at the bottom to start voice transcription input;
Step 3: After the meeting is over, you can select "Scan code to take voice text away" to easily take the meeting minutes away.
