During the training, Mima explained the knitting technology in the basic knowledge and skills of hand knitting through theoretical explanation and practical operation decomposition guidance, and taught the knitting essentials hand by hand to ensure that every woman participating in the training could learn and understand. The duration of this training is 60 days, and the certificate will be issued uniformly after the training passes the assessment.

After mastering the technology, women can weave finished products at home. On the one hand, the products that have passed the inspection of the training institution can be recovered and paid by the training institution; On the other hand, the Nima County Resettlement Point Liaison Office will continue to connect with other markets, obtain order information, and then distribute tasks, so that women can flexibly obtain employment at home and complete orders for woven goods at home, forming a complete industrial chain of ordering production marketing, improving women's ability to flexibly start businesses at home and increasing family economic income.
