Introduction to Northern Jiangsu Plan

The volunteer service of the North Jiangsu Plan for college students in Jiangsu Province is a local project of the volunteer service of the Western Plan for college students. Since its implementation in 2005, this year is the 10th consecutive year for the recruitment of volunteers. With 705 newly recruited volunteers for the Northern Jiangsu Plan this year, nearly 7000 college students in Jiangsu Province have responded to the call of the Party, listened to the call of the times and participated in the Northern Jiangsu Plan. This year, 672 on-the-job volunteers participated in the Subei Plan.
