Special introduction: Focusing on the economic and social development needs of Xinjiang Heping Corps, we will participate in rural education, rural construction services, healthy villages, youth work at the grass-roots level, rural social governance and other work in county and township grassroots units.

Selection criteria: meet the selection criteria of the Western Plan. Normal education, agronomy, medicine and related science and engineering, humanities and social sciences and other majors are preferred, and serving as the head of league organizations at all levels is preferred.
