The timing of stretching is also very important. You must succeed once when the material is in liquid state. This process only takes 4-5 seconds.
Luo Qinqin, the stretcher: We can control it with our eyes and hands. For qualified products, the length error of tappet shall not exceed 2mm, and the thickness error shall not exceed 1mm.
As the highest level stretcher in the factory, Luo Qinqin laughingly said that the scars of abrasions and scratches are a sign of mature skills. She can complete 2500 products within 8 hours every day, and the qualification rate reaches over 95%.
