How did he use data to solve the case? At the end of last year, a family's safe was moved directly by the suspect. As the reporter was away from home for a long time, the specific time of the crime could not be determined. When Kong De nian and others went to the reporter's house to learn about the situation, they heard that the reporter's grandson said that his mobile phone could not find the wireless network at home, and he keenly captured valuable information. After investigation, it was found that the wireless router at the home of the reporter was unplugged, and the log of the router showed the offline time of the machine. From this, they inferred the specific time of the crime, and quickly carried out research and analysis. Half an hour later, they locked the identity information of the suspect.
How does the data investigation actual combat center led by him give the people a sense of security?
On one occasion, Zhang, a resident of Jiangdu District, drove to Nanjing Lukou Airport to meet his relatives, but his relatives could not find Zhang after getting off the plane, and his phone couldn't be reached. Zhang's family was so worried that they called the police station. Kongdenian's team intervened behind the scenes to provide support. Through video tracking, Kongdenian's team found that Zhang's car got off the expressway at the Liuhe exit of Nanjing Yangtse Expressway, so they contacted the local police station in Liuhe. Finally, near an intersection of the expressway exit, they found Zhang who had suffered a heart attack and was unconscious. The timely medical treatment saved Zhang's life.
The frequent cases of property infringement are difficult to solve, which is a persistent public security ailment that affects the safety of people's lives and property, and also a "shadow" that has always haunted Kongdenian's mind. In view of this situation, he devoted himself to studying and analyzing the laws and characteristics of the occurrence of the cases of contact with property infringement, threw himself down, installed the front-end perception against the scorching sun, and analyzed the data with the stars, leading everyone to focus on the detection of small cases of people's livelihood, so as to catch one string of cases, break one batch of cases, and make every effort to recover stolen goods and recover damages.

He said: "We should not underestimate the stolen vegetables and poultry. They are as valuable as pearls in the eyes of the masses. We should investigate them as if they were big cases, so that the masses will suffer less."
With the joint efforts of him and his colleagues, the rate of solving cases of property infringement in Jiangdu Branch has kept the first in the city for a long time, far higher than the average, which has greatly improved the sense of happiness and security of the masses, and has also created a brand of Jiangdu data investigation and synthetic warfare. Public security organs from many places have come to exchange and learn.
Behind the achievements are responsibilities and sweat. Kong Denian is very strict with himself. Before arrest, he must check every suspect identified by the Data Investigation Practice Center one by one to prevent misjudgment and misarrest due to the same name and similar facial features, which will lead to passivity in work.
