Li Guowei said that the high-voltage equipment will produce partial discharge before it is damaged, and timely monitoring can find and deal with it in time to avoid potential accidents.
Under his leadership, the project team has independently developed the country's first "10kV circuit breaker electrical test robot" through technical research, which has increased the maintenance efficiency by six times.
