During the artistic performance, Taiji Group Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory, which won the National May Day Labor Award in 2024, Chongqing Fuling Wuling Mountain Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Wankai New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which won the Chongqing May Day Labor Award, as well as four advanced collectives who won the Chongqing Worker Pioneer and eight advanced employees who won the Chongqing May Day Labor Medal, successively took the stage to accept the award.

In addition, on the Splendid Square outside the Fuling District Grand Theater, the Fuling District Federation of Trade Unions has also carefully arranged a display area to focus on the publicity and display of the advanced deeds of model workers, key work of trade unions, highlights of grassroots trade unions and outstanding works of the 2024 Staff Painting and Calligraphy Photography Competition, attracting countless workers to stop and watch.

"Further promote the leading role of model workers and strengthen the creation of an innovative work alliance for model workers and artisans." The relevant person in charge of the Fuling District Federation of Trade Unions introduced that they have now partnered with Fuling Changjiang Normal University to launch the brand project of "model workers build dreams and walk by example", and establish a new model for local universities to cooperate with local trade unions to promote the spirit of craftsmen.
