The meeting required that all departments at all levels should increase assistance, innovate service methods, focus on solving the problems of people's urgent needs, realize, safeguard and develop the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and effectively let the workers and the masses share the fruits of Xiangshan's reform and development. Trade union organizations at all levels should adhere to the work orientation of taking workers as the center, act as a bridge and link between the workers and the masses, and strive to build trade unions into "workers' homes" trusted by the workers and the masses.

At the meeting, Yang Jie, a national model worker, and Ouyang Malong, a regional model worker, gave lectures. In the subsequent staff art performance, a sonorous and powerful "We Workers Have Power" opened the curtain of the performance, with poetry recitation of "Beautiful Xiangshan Struggles with Me", song "You Are Great in Struggle", three sentence and a half "Watching and Helping Each Other, Abiding by Discipline and Law, Win Together", and song dance "The Direction of Flags Flying" It shows the struggling footprints of workers from all walks of life in the new era.
