Every day, Han Jianjun is always the first to come to the project site to check and prevent potential safety hazards. At the morning meeting every day, he will emphasize the importance and necessity of safety, and also conduct safety supervision and guidance during on-site inspection. On the busy construction site, he was so eye-catching that he did not miss any details and became a powerful barrier for safe construction.

For operation sites that are difficult to observe outside, Han Jianjun will enter through manholes for inspection every time. Every time he came back from the patrol, his clothes were covered with dust, but he never cared about it. For him, it was the most important thing to ensure a safe working environment on site.

During the daily shift meeting, Han Jianjun always emphasizes the importance of safe operation for construction personnel. He even often organizes the staff of the collaboration team to carry out safety oriented training in the spare time after work. Every time when technical disclosure is carried out, he will change roles in his mind and tell everyone the content of technical disclosure. His exemplary role has stimulated everyone's enthusiasm, making the whole professional team more united and efficient.
