During the activity, Liu Xiaoqiang, a national model worker, and Wang Bing, a "craftsman in Bayu", brought wonderful lectures to the teachers and students present, and were hired as part-time counselors of model workers in Yucai Middle School. Through the story of hard study and struggle, Wang Bing told how he constantly pursued and realized his dream in the ordinary position of a truck driver. Liu Xiaoqiang told the story of his constant efforts to overcome difficulties and pursue innovation, encouraging students to learn basic knowledge, set lofty ideals and goals, and strive to achieve their own value with the cases of "engine models need to do at least 300 cycle calculations", "more than 1000 projects have been completed with CAE simulation analysis technology, bringing economic benefits of more than 100 million yuan", etc, So as to obtain happiness.
