This year, Sanya plans to start two affordable housing projects such as Miaolintianyang District. In Sanya Nanfan Talent Home, 153 affordable rental housing units were raised (carried forward in 2022), 348 affordable rental housing units were raised in Sanya Yabulun Building 7, and 499 affordable rental housing units were raised in the urban area of Sanya. Fifteen projects, including the reconstruction project of dilapidated houses in the surrounding area of Sanya No. 1 Primary School, were listed as the transformation reserve projects of affordable housing and shantytowns (urban dilapidated houses) in Hainan Province, involving more than 600 houses.
The Notice requires that by the end of September this year, all cities and counties listed in the annual plan of affordable housing projects should fully complete the task of starting construction (raising funds); The project with good commencement conditions shall strive to commence in advance. By the end of November this year, the shantytown reconstruction projects started by cities and counties by the end of December 2021 should be basically completed.
