Sun Jingnan, the "female welding god", is no different from other welders on the production line in the workshop of CRRC Puzhen Co., Ltd. when he puts on about ten kilograms of work clothes and masks.
However, the work in her hands is unique: from the outside, there is almost no trace, but inside, there are fine and neat fish scale welds, which are uniform, firm and aesthetic.
The "female welding god" was not trained in a day. A welding wire weighing dozens of kilograms and a welding gun weighing several kilograms require a strong core force for long-term welding. When Sun Jingnan, who was less than 20 years old, entered the factory in 1990, everyone looked down on her.
Nobody expected her to have worked for 34 years. "I like the crackling welding flowers. They are beautiful. And the less popular they are, the more motivated I am," Sun Jingnan said.
If you are unconvinced, you must not be vague in passing the pass.
Pass the power barrier first. Instead of going to the gym to "roll iron", her job is to "roll carbon steel" in the workshop. In just two years, Sun Jingnan has gained 14 kilograms of muscle strength, and her strength in shoulders, back, waist, arms and wrists has been comprehensively enhanced.
Run the technical barrier again. In order to do a good job in the construction of the welding line for metro vehicle models, more than 200 plates with different thicknesses are welded, each parameter is recorded, and a welding database is established; Participated in the Harmony CRH6 intercity EMU project, welded more than 5000 aluminum plates in two months, and conquered 89 welding processes in total; After 8 years of dedicated research, we have created a unique welding repair method for aluminum alloy hollow sections, which does not rely on external facilities or do damage to the body. With "eye work+technique", we have created a legend of welding repair technology.
In 2019, "Sun Jingnan Skill Expert Studio" was awarded the "National Skill Master Studio". So far, the team has completed 201 technical breakthroughs and 44 achievements transformation.
Today, as the chief technical expert of CRRC and the head coach of more than 600 welders in the plant, Sun Jingnan, 53, is still working hard at the front line.
"I am very proud and lucky that my career ideal is' welded 'with the development of national rail transit," said Sun Jingnan.
Few things can make "Lao Diao" stop his knife.
"Old Sculpture" is everyone's nickname for Zhong Fuhong, the deputy director of Jingdezhen Yuyao Ceramic Research Institute. He focuses on ceramic carving, and a carving knife makes him perfect.
Ceramic carving is to carve on the shaped green body, and then burn it at high temperature in the kiln. If you use a knife on a green billet, it will crack if you are careless.
"Laodiao" is self-taught. More than 40 years ago, when he came to Jingdezhen to "beg for a living", he was admired by the head of a porcelain factory for his painting skills and asked to work as a painter.
At that time, blue and white and pastel painting were common, and ceramic carving was only an auxiliary decoration, which could not be separated into "articles". The gaps and difficulties in the industry became his direction.
"Laodiao" grinds his own tools and learns while doing. He applied the techniques of wood carving, stone carving and jade carving to ceramics, and constantly explored and innovated heap carving, relief carving, shade carving and engraving, which not only created a new realm of ceramic carving technology, but also integrated modern elements while inheriting traditional skills.
His landscape relief "Guolu Tu" porcelain plate and relief blue and white work "Fuqing" were collected by the China National Arts and Crafts Museum, and the "carved Jiulong treasure cup" co created with others was collected by the Great Hall of the People. At present, the large-scale relief ceramic "Four Famous Buildings" is being created, with pavilions, flowers, trees, figures and swords.
Keep improving and integrate ingenuity into the blade; Concentrate and practice unique skills. In 2023, "Laodiao" was shortlisted as the "Person of the Year of Great Power Craftsman".
Today, "Laodiao" focuses more on inheritance and innovation. He often said to his disciples, "The process of carving ceramics is the process of eliminating the tedium, and we must focus on nothing else."
"What should we do about assembly errors? It's impossible to fix it after it's launched into the sky." Gu Chunyan, 39, said frankly that when he first joined a CETC in 2007, he was "scared" when he saw the sophisticated radar.
An institute of CETC is the birthplace of China's radar industry and the initiator of many new and high-end radar equipment in the country. The "Shenzhou" flying to the sky, the "Beidou" networking, and the "Chang'e" flying to the moon are all inseparable from the radar antenna array as "eyes". Each array is composed of hundreds of radar transceiver components, and each component is assembled by chips, components, substrates and shells.
Gu Chunyan's entry coincides with the iteration of radar development level, and the size of transceiver components is getting smaller and smaller. She wants to bond chips, components, etc. with gold wires thinner than hair under a high-power microscope to give radar "vision".
The initial goal of Gu Chunyan's skill training is to make no mistakes and not be replaced by machines.
When working, he hardly drinks water and goes to the bathroom. He stares at one place for hours and maintains the same posture. He deliberately trains stable "muscle memory" to ensure that the golden wire and wrist arch arc are consistent when bonding. Soon, she became the pillar of "the most stable hand and the most courageous" in the micro assembly team.
In 2014, Suoli took over the spaceborne radar project of Gaofen 3 satellite. The radar transceiver components were only the size of fingernails, and the assembly density was nearly 100 times higher than in the past.
What should we do if the density is too high and the operating clearance is insufficient, and the machine cannot complete?
"Machines can't work, people can!" Gu Chunyan said.
She creatively adopted a new installation method, but the test found that the radar signal was weak.
Think again and try again. She makes "scalpel" to connect related devices.
Success! From then on, "find Chunyan if you have problems" has become the consensus of everyone.
Over the past 17 years, she has grown from an ordinary female worker to a chief skill expert in micro assembly. "The tweezers in the toolbox have been sharpened and refined, and the diameter of gold wire has changed from 25 microns to 10 microns and 5 microns... With the rapid improvement of radar accuracy, I have witnessed the continuous leap of China's satellite remote sensing level," Gu Chunyan said.
No matter how large aerospace components are processed, all kinds of tolerances are only one third of the millimeter of a hair. Can you imagine how difficult it is?
This is the daily work of Guo Congxi, a senior technician of NFC (Ningxia) Oriental Group Co., Ltd.
When he entered the workshop at the age of 20, Guo Congxi alone attacked 14 masters. In only two years, "Xiaoguo" not only won the recognition of the masters, but also won the championship of the technical competition in the factory, and soon became "Master Guo", recognized by peers.
"It's nothing to suffer from difficulties in solving processing problems. The challenge is mainly from the continuous upgrading of industry technology." Guo Congxi said.
The biggest challenge is that in 2014, the enterprise's ordinary machine tools were upgraded to CNC machine tools. The previous experience became "backward productivity" overnight, and Guo Congxi, who graduated from a technical school, suddenly felt a crisis: "Is it just like this?"
Guo Congxi, 45, chose to accept the challenge.
