Why did you choose to work in Xiamen Changgeng Hospital? Huang Yongning said, "Taiwan Changgeng Hospital is actually the largest medical system in the island. Xiamen Changgeng Hospital can not only share Taiwan's medical resources, but also have big data support from the mainland. The two are perfectly integrated, with a good scientific research atmosphere and a sense of centripetal."
"In fact, I am evaluating the deputy senior professional title of doctors this year," Huang Yongning, who just held a medical APP research and development conference with colleagues, said when talking about the differences in the professional title evaluation system of doctors across the Taiwan Straits, "'localization' is also a way of integration, and I hope it can be successfully achieved at one time.".
"I was interested in logical structure or space when I was young, and my idea was to apply for the architecture department." Huang Yongning, who changed into a white coat at more than six in the morning and started a busy day, said with a smile, "Although he chose the medical department under the influence of his family, he gradually realized the similarities and differences between the two disciplines in the process of learning medicine and practicing medicine."

Huang Yongning, who once studied clinical medicine at Sun Yat sen University in Guangzhou, has been on the mainland for nearly 20 years. "Xiamen is very similar to Taiwan in terms of culture, food, transportation, climate and other aspects. It feels like it has never left home." When talking about future planning, she also said, "Most of my footprints in life are in Xiamen, and all future work and life plans will also be in Xiamen.".
Huang Yongning, who is still single, is also looking forward to a rare fate, but she also sighs, "The pressure and intensity of doctors' work are really great!" How to find a suitable lifestyle in the heavy work? "After work, I sometimes meet my friends for dinner, mountain climbing and fitness. As long as I have friends around, I will not feel lonely, and I will be happy wherever I am."
As for the content of the recently released Opinions, Huang Yongning said, "As a Taiwanese living in Xiamen, I have always lived in a warm environment. This time, the policies and efforts of the Opinions are in place, and the goodwill is full, which makes me feel warmer".
