On June 6, 2023, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the Notice on Issuing the Guidelines for the Application of Key Special Projects in 2023, such as the National Key R&D Plan "Comprehensive Treatment of Water Resources and Water Environment in Key Basins such as the Yangtze River and the Yellow River", which involves two directions in the field of procuratorial guidance, namely "research on the mining technology of multiple cross data ownership legal supervision clues for traceability governance" And "Research on Key Technologies of Evidence Fixation, Identification and Assessment for Water Ecological Damage".

Units that meet the conditions for participating in the national key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, have the corresponding scientific research ability and are willing to participate in the inspection of scientific research projects can form a declaration team (the research team can be composed of no more than 10 units), and fill in Annex 1. If a research application is only made for a certain item in the project, Appendix 2 can be filled in. After affixing the official seal, the relevant materials shall be mailed to the Procuratorial Research Office of the Supreme Procuratorate Technology Information Research Center, 109 Xiangshan South Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing before 17:00 on June 19, and the electronic version shall be sent to jcky@spp.gov.cn 。 Relevant agencies of the Ministry of Science and Technology will review the application teams recommended by each recommendation unit according to the requirements of the notice.
