I Exhibition Overview
"The 16th Shanxi Real Estate Expo& two thousand and eighteen China Shanxi International Fabricated Architecture Expo ”It was held in China (Taiyuan) Coal Trading Center on October 26-28, 2018. This grand event was strongly supported by leaders of relevant government departments such as the People's Government of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shanxi Real Estate Industry Association, and well-known enterprises in the decorative materials industry all over the country. The exhibition will focus on the latest new door and window profiles, green building decoration materials, etc., and invite government units from Shanxi and surrounding regions, building materials markets in cities and counties, buyers and potential buyers (estimated 100000 person times), research institutes, design institutes, municipal management, wholesalers, purchasers, dealers, agents, contractors Real estate developers, construction engineering companies, news media, etc. Through exhibition, investment negotiation, technical discussion, information dissemination and other means, the exchange platform between the supply and demand sides will be built.
II Past Review
The 15th Shanxi Real Estate Expo and 2017 China Shanxi Building Materials Soft Decoration Exhibition were grandly opened in Taiyuan Coal Trading Center on October 27-29, 2017, The exhibition area of this property exhibition is 15000 square meters, bringing together domestic brand real estate enterprises such as Evergrande, Country Garden and R&F, as well as well-known real estate enterprises in Shanxi Province such as Jinneng, Dongrui and Baojia.
The conference guides the whole industry chain service, which is to integrate the upstream and downstream industries of real estate with real estate as the leader. Domestic well-known enterprises in home decoration, home furnishing, intermediary, finance and other industries also appeared in the exhibition. The exhibition also set up a variety of activities such as group purchase sales, digital sales, smart home, art of living museum, etc.
III Exhibition advantages
The provincial government will organize government units, government projects, design institutes and other groups from all cities and counties in Shanxi Province to visit the exhibition. The Provincial Real Estate Association will organize a special matchmaking meeting for developers, engineering construction companies and decoration design companies in various cities and regions of Shanxi Province. There are 58 buses in cities and counties across the province, which are specialized in picking up agents and dealers in cities and towns, with about 8000 person times (buses are taken in building materials and hardware markets in cities and towns, please call the organizing committee for details). 7、 Booth configuration
Each standard booth will be provided with three side hoardings, Chinese and English company lintels, two spotlights, two chairs, a negotiation table, 220V power socket, booth carpet, and exhibitors will be provided with free Chinese and English introductions in the exhibition journal. Manufacturers of special booth and special power, water and compressed air shall contact the construction office of the International Exhibition Center in advance. (The required expenses shall be borne by itself)
VIII Participation Procedures
one Exhibitors should fill in the Registration Form for Participation/Exhibition in detail and send it to the Organizing Committee with official seal. And remit the booth fee to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within 7 days. Booth allocation shall be arranged in the order of payment arrival, until the amount is full.
two After remitting the fees, the exhibitor must send the bank remittance to the organizing committee for verification.
three All exhibitors must be manufacturers with legal business rights in China. No unit or individual is allowed to bring fake and inferior products to the exhibition site, otherwise the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel their participation qualification.
4、 After confirming the registration, the Organizing Committee will send the Exhibitor Admission Notice to the exhibitors 30 days before the exhibition.
9、 Sponsorship advertising scheme
In order to fully achieve the effect of comprehensive publicity and interaction with enterprises, this Expo plans to recruit three sponsors.
