The 22nd China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (2023 China Housing Expo for short) will be held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center (New Pavilion) from June 19 to 21, 2023.
Approved by the State Council, approved by the Ministry of Commerce, supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the China Housing Expo is co sponsored by the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (the Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development), the China Real Estate Association and the China Building Culture Center, It is co organized by more than ten science and technology industry associations in the national housing and urban construction system. The exhibition is the "Guide and Support Exhibition" of the Ministry of Commerce and the "Beijing Guide and Support Brand Exhibition" of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.
Focusing on the development of prefabricated buildings, the Expo highlights the international, scientific and forward-looking nature, focuses on introducing the latest domestic and foreign prefabricated building technologies and components, focuses on displaying complete set of integrated technologies, promotes the concept of green environmental protection, guides the continuous improvement of housing quality and performance, and promotes the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of China's construction field. After years of accumulation, the China Housing Expo has become a wind vane leading the development of the industry, a large booth to promote the latest products, a large platform for technical exchanges across the industry, a large stage for enterprises to explore new markets, and is recognized as the most influential professional exhibition in domestic prefabricated buildings. ● Provinces and cities demonstration area of prefabricated buildings
Focusing on demonstrating the latest achievements of provinces and cities in key promotion areas, active promotion areas, and encouraging promotion areas in promoting prefabricated buildings and building energy-saving and environment-friendly residential buildings, especially in prefabricated building demonstration provinces and cities, they should widely publicize the practices and experiences of prefabricated building demonstration provinces and cities, and carry out publicity and implementation activities of prefabricated building economic and technical policies, Strengthen the experience exchange, publicity and promotion of provinces and cities, and play a leading role in demonstration.

In order to actively promote steel structure buildings, a steel structure exhibition area will be set up at this China Housing Expo, including heavy steel structure, light steel structure, space truss membrane structure and other steel structure systems; Steel structure construction and welding technology; Materials and technologies for fire prevention, corrosion prevention and waterproofing of steel structures; Steel, steel plate, steel pipe and other construction steel; Steel structure design and other related supporting products.
● Fabricated building - timber structure
In order to promote the development of wood structure and its supporting industries, this exhibition has set up a special exhibition area for wood structure, including all kinds of environmentally friendly wood buildings, bamboo structure buildings, wood structure materials, wood structure production and processing equipment, wood protectants, wood plastic landscape profiles, wood structure architectural design consulting and related industrial products.
● Fabricated buildings - machinery and equipment
Concentrate on displaying the mechanical equipment required for prefabricated buildings, improve the mechanization level of prefabricated buildings, set up special exhibition areas, and provide prefabricated component production equipment; Prestressed tendon equipment; Forming tools; Precast member support system; Building formwork, scaffold and installation system; Construction elevators, aerial work vehicles, modern transport vehicles and equipment shall be displayed and publicized.
● Fabricated buildings - interior decoration industrialization
Assembled decoration can realize the standardization and integration of decoration, improve the quality of decoration and reduce secondary pollution, which is an only way for the development of decoration industry. The special exhibition area of assembly decoration includes: integrated technologies and components related to assembly decoration, such as integrated toilet, integrated kitchen, integrated storage cabinet, filling separation system, raised floor, drainage on the same floor, household appliances, sanitary ware, supporting equipment, decoration materials and products, aging design, etc.
● Passive low energy buildings
In order to further improve the demonstration and promotion of low energy consumption buildings, the Expo will set up a passive low energy consumption building exhibition area to display and recommend building materials that meet the requirements of passive low energy consumption building development and construction, as well as technologies and components used in passive low energy consumption building demonstration projects.

In order to further improve the construction quality and quality of building industrialization projects, this Expo will set up a special exhibition area for supporting components of building industrialization.
