Egrets are flying freely in front of Xisai Mountain. In the river, plump mandarin fish swim happily. The peach blossoms floating in the water are so bright and full.
An old man on the bank of the river, wearing a green reed hat and a green coir raincoat, braved the gentle wind and rain to fish leisurely. He was fascinated by the beautiful spring scenery and did not go home even when it rained.

appreciation

Egrets are the kind of waterfowl commonly called egrets. From a distance, it looks like a white crane. Its legs and neck are very long, which is convenient for finding food in the water. "Egrets fly in front of Xisai Mountain". They spread their wings in front of Xisai Mountain, making this land of fish and rice more interesting. "Peach Blossom Water" is Peach Blossom Water. In February and March every year in the south, peach blossoms bloom, the weather is warm, and there is more rain than in winter. After a few spring rains, the river will rise, so there will be more fish upstream. The author does not simply say that the spring flood is coming, but describes it with "peach blossom, flowing water and mandarin fish fat", which can more arouse the imagination of readers and make people seem to see the blooming red peach blossoms on both sides of the river; When the river rises sharply, the unique mandarin fish in Jiangnan jumps out of the water from time to time. How fat it is. Siniperca chuatsi is a fresh water fish with a particularly delicious taste. Its mouth is large and its scales are thin, and its color is yellowish brown. When the spring flood comes, the fishermen will certainly not be idle. They are also busy. "Green Ruo Li, green coir raincoat, slanting wind and light rain do not have to go back" are all written by them. Ruo bamboo hat is made of bamboo silk and green Ruo bamboo leaves. "Coir raincoat" is a raincoat made of plant stems, leaves or skins. If we use Chinese alpine rush (sedge grass) as the raw material, it is green. Go home. "Don't go home" means you don't have to go home. Although the author only briefly describes the life of fishermen in his words, readers can fully understand the implication of the words through their own imagination. From the fisherman wearing Ruo bamboo hat and coir raincoat, enjoying the scenery on the water in spring in the slanting wind and drizzle, readers can appreciate the fisherman's happy mood when fishing.
