Covering 1.5406 million insured employees in the city
Nanning Cloud Nanning Daily (reporter Yu Qiulan) learned from the press conference on the phased results of the pilot project of the long-term care insurance system in Nanning yesterday that since the launch of the pilot project of the long-term care insurance system in our city on March 1 this year, the pilot project of the long-term care insurance system in Nanning has achieved phased results. As of October 31,Nanning's long-term care insurance system covers 1540600 insured employees in the city, including 1290600 in-service employees and 250000 retired employees.
Nanning, as the only city in Guangxi that has been included in the national pilot long-term care insurance system, promotes the development of the massive health industry and the formation of the long-term care service industry.As of October, there were 87 service institutions under designated management in our city, attracting 24 home care service chains with mature operation experience in domestic first tier cities for the first time.In addition, while promoting the implementation of the long-term care insurance system, Nanning actively adjusted the payment rate of enterprises from 7.3% (employee medical insurance+maternity insurance) to 6.95% (employee medical insurance+maternity insurance+long-term care insurance), the overall rate was 0.35 percentage points lower than that in 2020, and the insured employees were upgraded from the double guarantee to the triple guarantee,By the end of October this year, enterprises had directly reduced their insurance payment burden by more than 337 million yuan, effectively alleviating the dual pressure of epidemic prevention and control and economic downturn.
In order to promote the construction and development of the long-term care service system in our city, the Interim Measures for the Management of Nursing Personnel of Nanning Long term Care Insurance was recently issued, which puts forward specific requirements for the personnel providing long-term care services from aspects of personnel management, personnel training and assessment.If the nursing service personnel that have been included in the management in the past are inconsistent with the Interim Measures of Nanning for the Management of Nursing Personnel under Long term Nursing Insurance, a three-month transition period will be set to gradually standardize.
It is reported that Nanning will, on the basis of consolidating the results of the pilot project, take the construction of the long-term care demand assessment index system as the entry point, and according to the needs of auxiliary devices determined by the disability assessment results and other issues, study and issue the policy of incorporating the rental service fees of auxiliary devices into the payment scope of the long-term care insurance fund by the end of 2022.
