1、 High quality development of cultural tourism industry in 2019

(1) Cultural and tourism economic indicators hit a record high again. In 2019, the city received 152.7873 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 16.11%, and the total tourism consumption was 172.524 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.34%. All economic indicators reached a new high, exceeding the tourism economic indicators assigned by the autonomous region at the beginning of the year. The operating revenue of 20 for-profit cultural, arts, radio, television and entertainment enterprises included in the statistical database of the National Bureau of Statistics was 763.34 million yuan, up 31.43% year on year, and the operating revenue of 5 non-profit service enterprises was 264.69 million yuan, up 76.89% year on year.

(2) Culture and art have reached a new level. The dance drama "Third Sister Liu" won the "Five Ones Project" award in Guangxi, and the national tour in 2019 made a wonderful debut in Beijing. A total of 19 cultural and tourism projects, including the newly signed Wanyou (Nanning) International Tourism Resort Project, the Greenland Hotel Project, and the Gula Daohuaxiangli homestay project in Binyang County, Nanning, were promoted, with a total investment of 78.501 billion yuan. (4) Honorary awards have yielded fruitful results. In 2019, Nanning Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, forged ahead and blazed new trails. The city's cultural, radio and television work achieved remarkable results, and won the second class collective commendation of the region's cultural, radio and television system. In the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units released by the State Council, Long'an "Yahuai Cave Site" is on the list, and was shortlisted for "2017 New Archaeological Discoveries in China" and "2017 Top Ten Archaeological Discoveries in China". 2、 High quality development of cultural tourism industry in the first half of 2020 and the plan for the second half of 2020

In 2020, we will continue to focus on the central work of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, fully implement the strategy of strengthening the capital, seek the overall situation, focus on major issues, focus on services and strengthen innovation, and continue to promote the high-quality development of Nanning's culture, radio, television and tourism industry. (1) Adhere to the top-level design and build a regional international tourism center. According to the relevant deployment of the autonomous region's "three regions, two belts and one center", Nanning will accelerate the construction of a regional international tourism center city. In June this year, our city issued the Implementation Plan for Nanning to Accelerate the High Quality Development of Cultural Tourism Industry, which specifically described how to build a high-quality development system of cultural tourism industry from the aspects of building a cultural tourism industry system, accelerating the construction of high-quality development projects of cultural tourism, building cultural tourism brands, deepening cultural tourism exchanges and cooperation. (2) Build core projects to boost industrial development. Nanning actively promotes the construction of major core cultural tourism projects around the new pattern of cultural tourism development. The Wanyou (Nanning) International Tourism Resort project is a cultural and tourism project that the autonomous region focuses on building, and a strategic landmark industrial project to strengthen the capital. The project plans to build four major parts, namely, featured scenic spots, resort hotel groups, cultural performances, and Wanyou Cultural Tourism Eco City. The featured scenic spots section plans six cultural scenic spots, including Wild World, Mountain and Sea Fantasy, Panda Paradise, Ocean Kingdom, Science Fiction Paradise, and Wanyou Water World. Nanning Municipal Party Committee and Nanning Municipal Government attach great importance to the construction of Nanning International Tourism Resort Project, and the main leaders have held talks and work deployment meetings for many times. The construction of the project started on March 29 this year, and the first phase of the sub project, the Conference Center of the Discovery World Hotel (the exhibition base of cultural and tourism projects in cultural scenic spots), is expected to be completed on September 30.

At the same time, our city continues to optimize the business environment, comprehensively promote industrial investment promotion, and promote the high-quality development of our city's cultural and tourism industry with the core project group of cultural and tourism. We will actively promote the implementation of the Zhou Brothers · International Culture and Art Park project, the Huaqiang Fangte Nanning bear haunting tourist area project, and the Nanning · Overseas Chinese Town Jinsha Lake Rail Town project. There are 1128 village level public service centers, covering 80% of the administrative villages in the city. The second level is to strive for breakthroughs in the word "integration" and build a new pattern of cultural tourism integration and development. First, pay attention to the design of cultural and tourism integration project layer. We should focus on cultural tourism as a comprehensive industry and plan and promote it in the overall pattern of accelerating industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural industrialization. Second, we need to carefully cultivate new formats for integration and development. Vigorously develop business exhibitions, sports events, cultural entertainment, urban leisure and other forms of business. We should carefully create a series of "tourism+" formats, and develop a series of personalized and professional tourism formats, such as "tourism performance", "tourism culture and museum", "tourism sports", "tourism education", and "tourism health". Third, we should strengthen departmental cooperation. Transportation should focus on cultural tourism, urban construction should focus on cultural tourism to improve the environment, agriculture should focus on cultural tourism to create characteristics, forestry should focus on cultural tourism to build ecology, politics and law should focus on cultural tourism to ensure safety, publicity should focus on cultural tourism to create momentum, and all walks of life should gather strong joint forces to accelerate the integration and development of cultural tourism to promote the integration and development of cultural tourism.

The third level is to focus on the word "brand" to enhance the core competitiveness of Nanning's cultural tourism brand. The first is to integrate cultural elements into tourism development and brand tourism elements with cultural symbols by starting with the creation of national tourism demonstration areas, national TCM health tourism demonstration areas, and national historic and cultural cities. Second, introduce well-known cultural and tourism enterprises to create new brands. Promote the commencement and implementation of a number of cultural and tourism projects with wide influence, strong driving force and great development potential, such as Wanyou (Nanning) International Tourism Resort and Bear haunting Resort, with high standards. Taking benchmarking projects as the starting point, in deepening the creation of global tourism, tourist towns, A-level tourist attractions, tourist resorts, rural tourism, etc., large-scale live performance projects and intangible cultural heritage performances are integrated to increase the cultural background and characteristics of the scenic spots. The third is to create boutique tourism routes with Zhuang culture as the theme. Focusing on green, ethnic, ASEAN and other cultural elements, we will build boutique cultural tourism routes, such as sightseeing tour around Qingxiu Mountain, health tour around Daming Mountain, Nanning urban culture tour, Wuming Zhuangxiang style tour, Hengxian jasmine style tour, and promote the brand of "China's Green City, Magnificent Nanning".
