After finding an abnormal signal, the dispatcher operator immediately notified the patrol inspection team to carry out a special patrol inspection of the substation.

After analyzing the dispatching monitoring signal and combining with the on-site primary and secondary equipment inspection results, it is judged that the fault cause may be the fuse of the 35kV voltage transformer is blown at the first time. Through inspection and measurement of several voltage circuits, comprehensive analysis and judgment, it is confirmed that the fault point is the fuse of phase B fuse of 35kVI section bus voltage transformer is blown.
After the fault is determined, the foreman of the patrol inspection team shall report it quickly according to the defect handling process, handle the work ticket at the first time, and then hold a pre shift meeting to divide the labor, arrange the inspection of spare parts, prepare safety tools and instruments, and prepare for the replacement of fuses to eliminate defects.
After receiving the dispatching order, the task of replacing the fuse was officially started, and the operator cooperated tacitly. At 9:50 am on April 16, the replacement of the fuse of the 35kV VI section bus voltage transformer was successfully completed, serious defects were eliminated, and the 35kV I section bus resumed normal operation.
