There are 223000 minors in Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province, including more than 3500 children left behind in difficult situations. Since the launch of the second batch of thematic education, Xinghua City has focused precisely on solving relevant problems, taking the care and protection of minors as the key livelihood project of thematic education, and taking the secretaries of Party organizations at all levels as the first responsible person for the protection of minors. It has made arrangements in eight aspects, including comprehensively strengthening organizational leadership and increasing financial support, to carefully organize a network of minors protection.
Xinghua also further promoted the construction of the "Aixing Escort" prevention and correction system, comprehensively optimized the three mechanisms of "base data platoon", "special class assistance" and "score assessment", established 26 assistance and education working groups, and formed a closed loop of education and correction with precise assistance.
