Mingzhu Avenue is a part of Huanggang Section of the second longitudinal line (National Highway 106) of the Wu E Huang Huang Expressway system. As the maintenance section belongs to the urban trunk road, the traffic flow during peak hours is large, which brings some difficulties to the construction.
