Under normal circumstances, international e-mail.com can complete the delivery within 7-10 working days, and use EMS network for shipment in domestic sections; After being exported to the United States, USPS will deliver mail through its domestic First Class mail network. The international leading EMI electronic customs declaration system is adopted for customs clearance to ensure that your delivered packages can be delivered to the destination quickly and accurately.

International e-post tracking query service

It can be queried in China Post and USPS, as well as "my eBay" of eBay buyers. Considering that there is a delay in the exchange of information between China and the United States, the EMS website of China Post shows the information of receiving and leaving ports earlier than the website of the United States Postal Service, while the website of the United States Postal Service shows the information of arriving at the processing center of the United States earlier than China.

Volume and weight limit of international e-mailbao

1. Weight limits

The maximum weight of a single piece is 2 kg.
2. Volume limits
Maximum size: the length, width and thickness of a single piece of mail shall not exceed 90cm in total, and the longest side shall not exceed 60cm. Two times the diameter and the total length of the round mail shall not exceed 104 cm, and the length shall not exceed 90 cm.
Minimum size: the length of a single piece of mail is not less than 14cm, and the width is not less than 11cm. Two times of the diameter and the total length of the round mail shall not be less than 17cm, and the length shall not be less than 11cm.

International e-mail.com sign in information

International e-mail.com does not provide the sign in information signed by customers. It relies on the First Class Mail network of USPS for delivery, and delivers directly to the customer's mailbox. Even if the customer is not at home, it can also deliver, and can only provide scanning information for proper delivery.

International e-mailing return service

1. Mail returned by security inspection or customs at the time of export will be returned to the sender.
2. International e-mailbao does not provide personalized return service. USPS will regularly collect and return mails to China, and China Post will deliver them to customers.
3. Currently, there is no charge for returned shipments.
