1、 Service content
Shenzhen Jiangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsheng Technology") is a high-tech enterprise that provides e-commerce informatization solutions for enterprises. In view of the problems existing in the informatization construction of most enterprises at present, Jiangsheng Technology adopts internationally advanced "management consulting+IT planning+personalized development" To develop, operate and maintain the global transaction assistant software. The main services provided include but are not limited to the order management system of AliExpress, wish, ebay and other platforms, data collection, online store interaction, batch modification, product upload optimization, one click order logistics and distribution services.
2、 Charging standard
At present, the basic functions of the global transaction assistant software are free, and the charging items include:
1. Transaction assistant quick sale: 216/year;
2. Wish platform management: ￥ 500/year;
3. AliExpress data collection function: ￥ 500/year;
4. One click order logistics distribution service function of the transaction assistant: the customer recharges the logistics service account (pre deposit logistics fees) as required, and after submitting the delivery order with this function, the third-party logistics company purchased by Jiangsheng Technology will provide logistics distribution services. Jiangsheng Technology calculates the logistics expenses and deducts the amount from the customer's deposit account after confirmation by the customer.
（1） Fee based services.
1. The Global Trading Assistant may modify and change the charging standards and methods of charging services according to actual needs, and will also notify or announce on the corresponding service page. If you do not agree with the above modifications, changes or paid content, you should stop using the service.
2. The Global Transaction Assistant is a SaaS and Internet software service for you. It also provides value-added services. After the payment is completed, no return or refund is allowed under normal circumstances; Unless you are repeatedly deducted when purchasing due to technical reasons of the product or you cannot enjoy the purchased service due to major technical reasons of the product, you can lodge a refund appeal and handle a refund for you after verification.
3、 Rights and obligations
In order to provide customers with a safe and stable software, Jiangsheng Technology employs high-tech talents and uses a safe operating system and server to greatly ensure the stability and security of the global transaction assistant software, and provides a series of solutions for this purpose. As a third-party service platform, the Global Trading Assistant can only partially control the stability, security, legality and integrity of local data during the use of software, and cannot completely avoid accidents caused by various reasons, including but not limited to software crash, data damage and other accidents.
Users of the Global Trading Assistant should determine the accuracy of the information related to the products logged in and paid through their own careful judgment.
（1） User rights
1. Users have the right to have their own user names and passwords on the Global Trading Assistant website, and have the right to use their own user names and passwords to log in to the Global Trading Assistant platform at any time. Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their global trading assistant user names in any form without authorization;
2. The user has the right to contact the service provider directly by telephone and QQ, and obtain the latest information and after-sales service of the software;
3. Users have the right to make comments and complaints on the services of the Global Trading Assistant, and put forward suggestions and opinions;
4. The user has the right to request the Global Trading Assistant to coordinate in case of any transaction dispute in the process of using the Global Trading Assistant. The user has the right to report to the Global Trading Assistant and request handling if he finds that other users have violated the law or this service agreement.
（2） User obligations
1. Users are obliged to provide their true information when registering, and ensure the validity and security of such contents as e-mail address, contact phone number, contact address, postal code, etc., to ensure that Global Trading Assistant and other users can contact them through the above contact information. At the same time, the user is also obliged to update the relevant registration data in a timely manner when the relevant data are actually changed. The user promises not to register or authenticate on the Global Trading Assistant website with other's information. If a user uses a false phone number, name or address or uses the Global Trading Assistant as another person's information, the Global Trading Assistant will make corresponding punishment or account freezing; If economic losses are caused to the Global Trading Assistant, the Global Trading Assistant will reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities;

The users of the Global Trading Assistant promise that all their behaviors when using the Global Trading Assistant will comply with national laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the Global Trading Assistant, as well as various social public interests or public ethics. In case of any legal consequences caused by violation, the user will independently bear all corresponding legal liabilities in his own name;
3. Users of the Global Trading Assistant agree not to make commercial use of any information on the Global Trading Assistant website, including but not limited to using any information displayed on the Global Trading Assistant website by copying, disseminating, etc. without the prior written approval of the Global Trading Assistant;
4. The Global Trading Assistant user agrees to receive emails and messages from the Global Trading Assistant website or Global Trading Assistant partners.
4、 Prohibited acts
You may not distribute the Global Trading Assistant or any services or software related to or derived from the Global Trading Assistant, nor modify, copy, license or make derivative works from the Global Trading Assistant, unless you have obtained the prior written permission of the Global Trading Assistant.
5、 Intellectual property
You acknowledge all rights, titles and interests in the software provided by Global Trading Assistant, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual property" refers to all rights, other exclusive rights and relevant right applications, renewals, extensions and recoveries existing from time to time under the patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law and anti unfair competition law in force worldwide now or in the future.
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, produce derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code from the Global Trading Assistant, or extract its substantial part from the Global Trading Assistant's documentation for other applications.
You agree not to remove, cover up or change the copyright description, trademark or other proprietary right description attached to, contained in, read with or through the Global Trading Assistant.
6、 AliExpress User Agreement
You agree to abide by all the terms of the Alibaba.com General Membership Agreement: http://news.alibaba.com/article/detail/help/100453670-1-alibaba.com-free-membership-agreement.html 。 If you violate any regulations on Alibaba. com ordinary members, Jiangsheng Technology will reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account.
7、 Modification and interpretation of terms and conditions
Jiangsheng Technology reserves the right to modify and interpret these terms and conditions without giving you any notice or assuming any responsibility to you. You can get the latest version of the Terms and Conditions of Reading. You agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
8、 Disclaimer
（1） In addition to the limit of download liability and the limit of legal permission, Jiangsheng Technology will not be liable for any damage caused by your obtaining or using any third-party software in the use of the Global Trading Assistant.
（2） Jiangsheng Technology provides the services of global trading assistant according to the "status quo", without any guarantee of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Global Trading Assistant and the third party expressly disclaim any express, implied and statutory warranty, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement of proprietary rights.
（3） Jiangsheng Technology denies any guarantee on the safety, reliability, timeliness and performance of the Global Trading Assistant and its third-party software.
（4） You understand and agree that you download and use the Global Trading Assistant at your own discretion and risk. You will be responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss caused by downloading or using the Global Trading Assistant.
（5） Other countries or regions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. According to your country or region, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may enjoy other rights.
9、 Limitation of liability
（1） Except as stipulated in these terms and conditions, Jiangsheng Technology will not bear any responsibility for any user's use or misuse of the Global Trading Assistant.
（2） In no case will Jiangsheng Technology bear any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive and punitive damages, regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence, or other reasons, even if Jiangsheng Technology has been informed of the possibility of the above damages.

10、 Other provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Therefore, any dispute arising from the performance of this clause shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the service provider, i.e. the place of registration of Jiangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable for any reason, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous or current written or oral notices or agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is ruled illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. It is the intention of the Parties that the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Therefore, the Parties agree that if any provision is deemed unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been modified to the extent necessary to make such provision enforceable.
