On the morning of June 13, Liu Yiqin, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and chairman of the Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, presided over the meeting of all party members and cadres, and made arrangements for in-depth study and implementation of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on his visit to Sichuan.

It was pointed out at the meeting that General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Sichuan this time is the second time since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to visit Sichuan for investigation and research, which fully reflects the great importance he attaches to the work of Sichuan and his deep concern for the people of Sichuan, so that we are encouraged, excited and motivated.

The meeting stressed that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on promoting the governance of Sichuan and rejuvenation of Sichuan to a new level in the new era have pointed out the direction for our next work and provided fundamental guidance. The Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese should take the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Sichuan as an important political task to implement for a long time.

The meeting required that, first, we should deeply understand the rich connotation and core meaning of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions. Second, we should have "two overall situations" in mind, be "the biggest one in the country", grasp the "major plan of the province", faithfully support the "two establishment", firmly implement the "two maintenance", and learn from the important guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Sichuan this time, It is combined with the continuous learning, understanding and practice of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the important guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work in Sichuan, and the learning and implementation of the important statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of mass organizations and overseas Chinese affairs.
