3、 Installation
1) Precast cement base,
The overall dimension of the cement base (length × width × height) is 590mm × 420mm × 300mm, and a 405mm * 170mm * 300mm inlet line is reserved in the center of the foundation.
two ) Embed the anchor screw to ensure that the center distance of the anchor screw is 438mm * 180mm, and the screw is 50mm higher than the horizontal plane (expansion bolt can also be used for fixation).
three ) Place the box on the cement base, align its fixing hole with the embedded anchor screw, and then lock the anchor screw. During installation, keep the box vertical and horizontal with the cement base. In the case of existing cement base, fix it with 4 M10 × 60 expansion screws.

two ) Optical fiber wiring principle
Optical cable and optical cable cross connection shall be adopted. That is, incoming optical cable and distribution pigtail, outgoing optical cable and another distribution pigtail are welded and terminated respectively. Jumper pigtails are used for cross connection between the two.
three ) Cable in and out and fixation
The optical cable enters the box from the bottom of the box. After the optical cable enters the box, use a stripper to remove the protective layer of the optical cable. The stripping length is determined according to the actual situation, and the optical cable is fixed on the cable fixing plate in the box with a throat clamp at the stripping position; Fix the optical cable reinforcing core on the cable core fixing shaft on the fixing plate.
four ) Fusion of optical fiber
Remove the cover plate on the fusion module, put the optical fiber protective sleeve into the fiber core before fusion, then fuse the end of the optical fiber core with the end of the tail fiber core according to the optical fiber fusion process, and then roll it into the fusion plate of the fusion integrated module. The fused pigtail is introduced into the distribution panel of the fusion integrated module and inserted into the corresponding adapter.
five ) Connection of double end pigtail (jumper)
Put the welded fusion module into the box, insert the two ends of the double end pigtail (jumper) into the corresponding adapter, and the residual fiber reel is on the wire ring to complete the connection of the optical fiber.
six ) Winding and connection of PLC splitter
Fix the micro PLC splitter inside the fusion integration tray with 495 glue, and then branch it into the winding reel for winding. Then screw the input and output ends of the PLC splitter onto the adapter of the corresponding model and connect it to the notch of the fusion integration tray.
