Safety measures for pipeline sealing airbag construction and diving operation
1、 Equipment and personnel:

2、 Preparatory work
1. The diving air compressor, diving equipment, underwater walkie talkie and airbag used for installation used on the site shall be debugged and inspected before trial use, and the equipment used shall be subject to good performance.
3、 Pipeline airbag installation process and construction instructions
Through the work experience accumulated in the past construction process, our professional technicians have discussed and determined the following process:
1. Connect the three-phase power supply, commission the air compressor and check whether the air pressure gauge of the air compressor is normal;
2. The oxygen meter for medical oxygen is connected to the air compressor and used as an emergency gas source;
3. The diver shall wear diving equipment, adjust the intercom system, enter the pipeline for the previous underwater exploration, check whether there are sundries and burrs in the pipeline, and clean it to meet the airbag installation conditions;
4. Check whether the surface of the airbag is clean, whether there is dirt attached, and whether it is intact. Fill a small amount of air to check whether the accessories and the airbag have air leaks. It is confirmed that it is normal before entering the pipeline for plugging operation.
5. Inspection of pipeline: before plugging, check whether the inner wall of the pipeline is flat and smooth, and whether there are protruding burrs, glass, stones and other sharp objects. If there are any, remove them immediately to avoid puncturing the airbag. After the airbag is placed in the pipeline, it should be placed horizontally, not twisted, so as not to nest the gas and explode the airbag.
6. Make airbag accessories connection and air leakage inspection: first connect the auxiliary inflation accessories of the walrus pipe water plugging airbag, and then make tools to check whether there is any leakage after the connection. Extend the water blocking airbag of the pipeline, connect it with accessories for inflation, and inflate it until it is basically full. When the pointer of the pressure gauge reaches 0.03MPA, close the air stop valve, evenly apply soapy water on the surface of the airbag, and observe whether there is any air leakage.
7. Discharge the air in the water blocking air bag of the connected pipe, roll it vertically, and put it through the inspection port. After reaching the position of * * *, the air bag can be inflated through the leather tube to the specified service pressure. When inflating, keep the pressure in the airbag uniform, and inflate slowly. Check whether the pressure gauge rises or not. If the pressure gauge rises rapidly, it means that the inflation is too fast. At this time, slow down the inflation speed, and slightly tighten the air stop valve to reduce the air intake speed. Otherwise, if the speed is too fast, it is likely to explode the airbag if the pressure is exceeded quickly.
8. After use, the surface of the airbag shall be cleaned immediately, and it can be put into storage after checking that there is no attachment on the surface of the airbag.
9. After the air bag is bound, the diver will send the air bag to the ******* point of the owner's office, untie the bound rope and recycle it;
10. Inflate the airbag with an air compressor to * * * air pressure;
