Product features
1. This product is liquid and easy to repair small cracks in concrete. After the buildings and structures are damaged and reinforced by pouring glue, their integrity can be effectively restored, their appearance will not be damaged, and they have good toughness and impact resistance.
2. This product has high adhesive strength after curing, basically does not shrink when curing, and has good resistance to water, oil, alkali and dilute acid media.
Scope of application
1. It is applied to the pouring and repairing of reinforced concrete cracks, and the pouring and repairing construction of concrete wall, floor and basement cracks.

Construction description
1. The steel plate and concrete bonding surface shall be subject to surface treatment, and the steel plate surface shall be derusted, polished, and cleaned with acetone. The concrete surface shall be polished, and the dust shall be removed with a blower, and cleaned with acetone.
2. When the glue is used at room temperature (25 ℃), the ratio of Party A to Party B is 2:1, and the operating time is (30-45) min. If the temperature is higher than this, the operating time will be shorter. Before mixing, mix the glue of components A and B in their respective barrels for 2-3 minutes. Then, weigh it according to the ratio of component A: component B=2:1, pour it into the container, and stir it until the color is uniform (generally 3-5 min). (Note: When mixing the glue of components A and B, the same mixing rod cannot be used at the same time.)
3. The amount of glue mixed each time shall not exceed 5kg, and 2kg is preferred.
4. Pouring construction shall be carried out according to the requirements of the design drawing, and all parts easy to lose adhesive shall be sealed with mastic to prevent the loss of glue.
5. When selecting pressure injection, the pressure of general pressure pump should be 0.2~0.3Mpa. Higher shall not exceed 0.5Mpa.
6. The lower service temperature of the adhesive is 5 ℃. If it is lower than this temperature, necessary temperature rise measures should be taken.
7. In the process of construction, if it is accidentally splashed on the surface or in the eyes, it should be immediately washed with a large amount of water. If it is serious, it should be promptly treated.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is packed in iron drums: 30kg/group
2. This product is not flammable and dangerous, and can be transported by air, sea, * * * and road.
3. This product should be handled with care during storage, transportation, loading and unloading, protected from rain, explosion and sunshine, and should not be placed upside down.
4. The product has been stored at room temperature for one year, and its performance has no obvious change. If it is tested to be qualified after more than one year, it can still be used.
5. Component B is easy to change color during long storage, which is normal and does not affect the basic performance and use of the product.
