As one of the three lateral fulcrums is equipped with two groups of running carriages, the wheel guidance effect is good, and the wheel gnawing is relatively light, so this mechanism is recommended. However, the layout of the side three fulcrum mechanism ground belt conveyor should be on the rotation center of the three fulcrums rather than in the middle of two tracks. The running device supported by three fulcrums will not affect the normal operation of the equipment in case of light foundation subsidence of the track.
2. Hydraulic balance device of four fulcrum traveling mechanism
The hydraulic balancing device of the four fulcrum traveling mechanism is to install an oil cylinder on each group of two groups of traveling trolleys at the front or rear of the four fulcrums. The tapered roller type bearing uses the tapered roller whose diameter is much larger than that of the roller in the commonly used large rotary bearing as the support roller. The diameter of the small end of the tapered roller is 100-200 mm, and the diameter of the large end is about 200 mm. A cage type connecting plate is arranged inside and outside the supporting device to connect all rollers together. The middle and upper raceways are only at the front and rear of the upper rotating steel structure, and there is no raceway on both sides. Therefore, when the tapered roller needs to be replaced, it is also convenient. It can be replaced in a short time. Conical roller support was mainly used on large single bucket excavators or large rotary cranes in the past. 4. Large steel ball slewing ring
The large steel ball slewing ring uses the larger steel ball as the slewing ring body. There are upper and lower raceways, both of which are arc surfaces adapted to the steel ball. The steel ball used is much larger than the steel ball in the commonly used large slewing bearing. The diameter of the steel ball is about 40-50 mm. There is also a cage inside to keep the relative position of the steel ball. The external part of the large steel ball slewing ring is equipped with a relatively simple seal. The service life of this mechanism is better than that of common large bearings, but it is difficult to process the upper and lower raceways, and its ability to adapt to very harsh working conditions is worse than that of tapered rollers.
5. Slag discharge turning drum
The reversing drum near the bucket wheel at the front of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer often causes some materials to fall onto the return belt during the reclaiming working state, which causes the belt to be damaged and reduces the service life of the belt.
