【 Building materials network 】The reporter learned from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology yesterday (September 5) that in order to speed up the upgrading of oil quality, according to the new work requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission's oil upgrading meeting on August 29, the fifth phase of the city's refined oil standard is scheduled to be implemented in advance by the end of October to complete the simultaneous replacement of gasoline and diesel.

The replacement of gasoline and diesel oil was started on September 1 and late September respectively. By October 31, all gasoline and diesel oil will reach the fifth stage product oil standard. According to the work plan, the replacement of Shanghai V standard gasoline was completed one month earlier than the original plan, and the replacement of National V standard diesel was completed eight months earlier than the original plan.

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology informed that Sinopec, PetroChina, and CNOOC Shanghai should actively report the work plan for the early replacement of national V standard diesel to the headquarters, and request the headquarters to support it, issue the national V standard diesel production plan in a timely manner and increase resource input. All social gas stations should strengthen the resource connection with oil refining enterprises, standardize the oil inlet channels, and ensure that the product oil standards and quality meet the standards.
