PA9T Introduction: PA9T is also known as polyamide 9T, one of nylon plastics.
Characteristics of PA9T material:
Its performance is superior to that of standard nylon in some major aspects. Its advantages include: providing the same strength and toughness in dry and wet conditions, and maintaining effective strength and toughness at higher temperatures compared with standard nylon. Easy to process - good fluidity, thermal stability and low mold corrosion; High performance nylon with high thermal stability and high lubricity, low water absorption (1%, other common high temperature nylon is more than 2.6%), low warpage, chemical resistance, and high dimensional stability materials, which can reach 94V-0 at a thickness of 0.75 mm. PA9T Glass The high melting temperature (125 ℃) and high crystallinity make it have good toughness under high temperature, superior to PA66 and PA46 The friction resistance and friction coefficient are much better than those of other nylon, even more than POM And LCP. Another better performance of PA9T is its resistance to chemicals and oils, alcohols, acids, calcium dichloride, hot water and other fluids, which is almost more than all PAs, only slightly worse than PPS. Its resistance to fuel is ten times that of PA6 and PA12, close to the level of ETFE (ethylene tetrachloroethylene copolymer). These advantages can make PA9T very suitable for automobile hood products. PA9T has specifications such as glass fiber free, glass fiber containing (33%, 45%, 50%) and fire prevention, which has great development potential for market applications such as automobile hoods, electrical and electronic products.
Performance of PA9T material:
1: Nylon series resins have low water absorption.
2: Dimensional stability will not cause dimensional change and mechanical strength reduction due to water absorption.
3: High heat resistance, no bubbles will be generated during the 280 pass tin test, and it is also suitable for lead-free solder with higher use temperature.
4: Good fluidity, suitable for thin meat forming.
5: Low gas, less than other nylon resins, less easy to pollute and corrode the mold, and prolong the use of the mold.
6: High crystallization speed and short cooling time.
7: In high temperature environment, mechanical strength and rigidity decrease less, bonding line strength and recovery are good.

It is mainly used for various electronic products, connectors, connectors, card holders and other products! It is suitable for electronic connectors requiring SMT (especially for lead-free soldering). It is widely used in computers, digital cameras, mobile phones, etc.
