Preparation before construction
According to the construction scheme of steel structure fireproof coating, before the construction of fireproof coating, the base material surface shall be subject to rust removal and rust prevention treatment as required to ensure the integrity. Before the construction of fireproof coating, the base material surface shall also be cleaned of dust, oil and other impurities, and the surface shall be cleaned by * * * compressed gas or * * * pressurized water gun. When there is no water on the base material surface, dust removal, debris removal The fireproof coating can be applied only after the oil contamination is checked to be qualified.
1. Surface treatment to be coated: before construction, support components shall be surface treatment Clean (including rust removal, removal of welding slag and other dirt); Check the steel structure surface for rust prevention Primer Timely repair.
2. Storage of fireproof coating: the qualified coating shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The paint shall be placed in order to prevent wind, rain and sun exposure. The caked and deteriorated paint shall not be used.
Construction of fire retardant coating

2. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%, the air on the construction site is well ventilated, and the wind speed is not more than 5m/S. It is not suitable for outdoor operations or when the surface of construction components is dewed.
3. Fireproof coating spraying: spray the primer. If there are obvious mastoids and pits on the coating surface, it should be leveled with a spatula. Before spraying, test spraying shall be carried out and a sample plate shall be made. The optimal parameters of spraying pressure, spraying distance, moving speed of spray gun and other processes shall be determined through trial spraying, and large-scale spraying can be carried out after being compared and confirmed by the supervisor with standard samples. During spraying, the spray gun shall be perpendicular to the surface of the steel component to be sprayed, with the spraying distance of 6-10 mm, maintained at 0.4-0.6 MP, and the operating speed of the spray gun shall be stable, and it shall not stay at the same position for a long time to avoid the accumulation and flow of paint. During the spraying process, the batching and feeding into the spraying machine shall be carried out continuously without staying. The surface coating can be sprayed only after the surface of the bottom coating is dry (24 hours after the construction of the bottom coating). For the obvious unevenness, trowel shall be used to smooth it to ensure that the coating surface is even and clean.
