1、 Construction process for cement concrete surface
1. Foundation surface treatment before construction
The new concrete bridge deck shall have a 7-day curing period, and it is recommended to adopt sand blasting and shot blasting.
Foundation surface treatment requirements
The surface of cement concrete shall be dry and clean, free of laitance, pollutants, looseness, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking, and the interface shall be completely dry.
Spreading
(1) Material consumption: 0.3kg-0.6kg/m2
(2) The construction can be started after the interface is clean and completely dry. Manual coating and spraying can be used.
Manual coating: before construction, pour it into a container of appropriate size, mix it slightly for 3-5 minutes, and then the operator will use a roller to evenly coat it on the cement concrete or other disposal base surface. This method is generally recommended. The roller coating shall be as uniform as possible;
Spraying construction: when the area is small, it can be sprayed manually Qiang construction, the staff shall spray Qiang in hand and apply evenly. When the area is large, the asphalt distributor can also be used for distribution, but the distribution amount needs to be strictly controlled, and the distribution needs to be uniform. Note that when spraying construction is adopted, the pipeline should be cleaned in time after the distribution to avoid blocking the pipeline. At the same time, attention should be paid to mixing evenly when using large barrels to prevent air from pouring in.

1. Foundation surface treatment before construction
The quality of steel surface pretreatment directly affects the apparent quality and service life of the waterproof layer, while the cleanliness and roughness of steel structure surface treatment directly affect the service life of the waterproof layer. In order to maximize the contact area between the waterproof layer and the substrate, shot blasting is used to remove rust on the steel plate surface
Before shot blasting, first check the appearance of the steel bridge deck to ensure that the surface is free of weld beading, spatter, welding, flash and burr, or it must be removed by polishing, and sharp edges must be treated to rounded corners with a radius of more than 2mm;
Clean the oil, grease, salt and other dirt on the surface of the steel bridge deck with detergent or solvent;
Clean with high-pressure clean water until there is no oil stain and dust.
(2) Rust removal requirements
Environmental requirements
A. In case of rain, snow, dew and other climates, rust removal is strictly prohibited;
B. The temperature shall be better than 3 ℃, and the relative humidity shall be less than or equal to 85%.
Abrasive requirements
A. The abrasive shall be steel shot, and its proportion shall be determined by test;
B. It must be kept dry, clean and free of harmful substances, such as grease and salt.
2. Foundation surface treatment requirements
(1) After rust removal, the surface of the steel bridge deck shall be free of visible attachments such as grease, dirt, oxide skin, rust and paint coating, and any remaining traces shall be only spot or stripe like slight color spots. The steel plate shall be exposed with metallic luster, meeting the requirements of Sa2.5 in Rust Grades and Derusting Grades of Steel Surfaces before Painting (GB8923-88).
(2) The roughness must reach Rz: 50~100um.
Storage: The storage period of the product is six months, and it should be stored in a warehouse above 0 ℃. In summer, it should avoid sun exposure.
