On April 16, the State Administration of Radio and Television (SARFT), together with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the China Consumer Association, held a special mobilization and deployment teleconference on complex hotel TV operations across the country, which will carry out special governance on hotel TV systems across the country from multiple aspects such as starting up to watch live TV channels, standardizing TV signal sources and video on demand services, and upgrading ultra-high definition. In this regard, seven provinces and cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hainan, Yunnan, and Shaanxi, have carried out pilot projects. By the end of September, the special governance work has been basically completed. This year, the national hotel TV operation will be improved as much as possible.

TV is the standard hardware configuration of the hotel, but when guests turn on the TV, the content of the show is varied. Guests want to watch a TV program, but they cannot enter. Yu Ying, director of the Science and Technology Department of the State Administration of Radio and Television, said that the survey found that guests had to operate 11 times at most to see the live TV channel.

When considering the service level of a hotel, whether guests can watch live TV comfortably is as important as the sleeping environment and health level. Let the guests click more than ten times under the premise of accuracy, and then they can start to browse TV programs, which reflects the arrogance and neglect of the hotel service. The special governance activities carried out by the functional departments are dedicated to solving the complex problem of hotel TV operation, making it convenient for passengers to watch TV channels to the greatest extent, and reminding hotel operators to draw inferences from one instance and fulfill their commitment to treat passengers as family members by improving service details. The particularity of hotel TV will be fully considered in the governance work, which can maximize the convenience for passengers to watch live TV while taking into account the hotel information service needs.

No matter how big the size is, no matter how high the resolution is, no matter how many software you have installed, if you can't even turn on the machine to watch live TV, it's just a piece of furniture that doesn't look good. It's not warm and comfortable.
