If we hadn't seen it with our own eyes, we might not have known that there is a modern primary school built by the Republic of Congo on the 4200 meter high plateau.

On April 14, 2010, six earthquakes with the maximum magnitude of 7.1 occurred in Yushu City, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and the teaching facilities of the Culture and Music Center Primary School in Chengduo County were damaged. After the earthquake, President Sassou of the Republic of the Congo, who was "backward in development" at that time, proposed to donate to build a primary school and said, "Congo Brazzaville will bear the cost no matter how high."

Today, another name of Wenle Central Primary School is "Sino Congo Friendship Primary School". In this modern primary school, there are 460 orphaned children without parents, single parents, poor families and children registered in pastoral areas. They regard this place as a harbor of love, and they are attached to their African relatives who care and help them.
